Mr. Flanders did an amazing job with helping me through the complications and legal processes with my late brother's estate. He is also very professional and quite knowledgeable of Estate Law and will do an excellent job for you, as well.

Google wants me to describe my experience? I can, in two words. Absolutely terrible. Countless calls without answers, message left, no returned calls, and finally after almost a month of trying I get a hold of him, try to set up a meeting, and he tells me "I don't think I want to spend any time on your case, try somewhere else." Then hangs up! Piss poor services if you ask me.

This guy seemed to be very unprofessional compared to other experiences we have had in regards to lawyers.

It took one day and 3 calls to his law firm before we decided to leave a message. He finally returned our call a day and a half later. It wasn't that big of a deal, we still wanted him to look into our case. However, that never changed. He wouldn't ever answer the phone or return your call unless you left a voice mail. Even at that, he would just text us back.

It gets better. We finally set up an appointment time that worked for all parties. My wife was half way through the 2 hr drive when she had the feeling she should call just to make sure he's there... She calls and he tells her theres nothing on his schedule about a meeting with us and asked if she wants "reschedule"... ( Weird word choice for us supposedly not being scheduled to begin​ with). Anyway she says I have to talk to my husband and see what will work...

Here's the best part. After she gets off the phone this childish lawyer sends her a text that says "My apologies. At this point, I must be honest and tell you I am not very interested in taking on this case at this time. These are very difficult cases and I did not get the sense that your husband was interested in working with my office."

My take is, like a little school boy, this guy is scared of -confrontation (hence the texts to my wife immediately after her phone calls) -a challenge (says the case is too difficult when he supposedly specializes in them) -owning up to his decisions ( puts blame on me when I spent a whole 2 min on the phone with him and asked 3 questions) - and lastly I'd say it's clear he has a problem with not telling the truth.... Time is valuable and we wasted 3 weeks trying to work with this guy... Definitely not worth $200/he.

In response to his comment, we asked for 4pm appts. If that's after hours, you need to update your business information.

If you appreciate someone who has impeccable honesty and good moral charachter, along with being an excellent attorney, then Joe flanders is your man.
