Worst lawyers ever! Called for consultation and Mark was very rude and standoffish! Didn’t want to take the case claims I’ve spoken with this law firm before. I’ve never have! Doesn’t want to take a case because of the reason my husband is in prison! If I could give 0 stars I would have!

I cannot recommend the legal team at Gaskins, Bennett, Birrell, LLP enough. This recommendation is not given lightly. Generally, at the point in which one requires the services of an attorney, something in one's life isn't going very well. I think it is important to note there is a vulnerability associated with choosing a firm to represent one's legal interests. I can gratefully state that my attorneys: Bob Bennett, Andy Noel and Katie Bennett, were exceptional stewarts of the trust I placed in them. I was their client for a legal matter that (given the nature of my situation), necessitated their services for well over a year. Throughout, they provided me with honest, realistic, empathetic, and sound legal guidance. They worked tirelessly on my behalf. It didn’t matter if they were heading to trial with another case, if I reached out, my call was promptly returned. Bob, Andy and Katie demonstrated experience, guts, integrity and tenacity- traits from which great lawyers are made. As attorneys tend to specialize in specific types of cases, their firm may not be able to take on all clients. Says they specialize in certain cases, wouldn’t even listen to mine in their specialty area. Took days to get a response and the response was short and snippy. Would not do business with.
