Review: This company was sent out for my AC system by Old Republic Home Warranty. There were several problems with my system but they would only tell home warranty about one issue and leave me stuck paying for the rest of what Old Republic was supposed to cover. My emergency pan was rusted all the way through and I had to pay $450 to replace it when home warranty should have covered it but was able to get of it because Express AC would not tell them the drain pan needed to be replaced. Review: These people are terrific. If you call with questions they are very pleasant and helpful. If you are a trucker and you are going to this facility, be careful going down their road. It's very narrow. The two guys there were kind enough to help spot me into their "docking" area. I blindside-backed into it. They load you from the forklift area. Swing wide when you leave. Review: I used to be a student at this school and the primary school next to it. I am a senior now and I really miss this school very much!
