This company was sent out for my AC system by Old Republic Home Warranty. There were several problems with my system but they would only tell home warranty about one issue and leave me stuck paying for the rest of what Old Republic was supposed to cover. My emergency pan was rusted all the way through and I had to pay $450 to replace it when home warranty should have covered it but was able to get of it because Express AC would not tell them the drain pan needed to be replaced. (I have pictures of it). I don't understand why there would be any honest reason for them to ignore something that should be repaired/replaced. I don't appreciate this company helping the home warranty co. to scam me. Lesson learned.
