My wife and I have taken the responsibility of my father’s affairs every since he became ill. He could no longer work because of his illness and needed to file for Social Security Disability. I started the process for him on my own but I had so much stuff going on that I couldn’t do it by myself. All that paperwork is overwhelming. I called this law office and boy, I’m glad I did. They handled everything for us, appeals, phone calls to social security, medical records and things I didn’t have time to deal with. They got my father approved and helped me and wife with a financial burden. Communication for us with them was great. They returned our calls and answered any question with detail. Just called to find out what my options were as I was just served papers 2 days ago on a Saturday for a wreck that happened 2 years ago. Spoke to a Theresa, when I told her when the accident occurred she laughed at me and said since it was so close to statue of limitations being up they couldn't help. I understand that, what I don't understand is why I was laughed at. It's not my fault the other party waited until statue was almost up to file suit against me. I called another attorney and they couldn't help either but they at least told me with respect and told me to call my insurance company. Bad customer service is all I can say. Won't be referring to any friends that need help.

If I could give no stars I would. I got in a car accident the 19th of April. I had a good case on my shoulder... I wasn’t at fault, had a police report, and got some body injuries. They seemed very helpful at first but after a while they stopped calling me or letting me know what was going on. After the other persons insurance declined my claim they also decided there was nothing they can do . Very puzzled as to why they didn’t keep in contact with me and why they couldn’t advice me on the next step after the declining. Spent too much time waiting on a person named Theresa. Always called them and they would say “ sorry she’s busy right now. Can I have her call you back?” And never would call me back. Very unprofessional and not reliable. Spend your time somewhere else where they can help you

I broke my ankle and my foot last night. I called them this morning after reading their website. A woman answered the phone. Lots of noise in background. She told me someone would come by my home at 200 pm. I waited until 240. No one showed. I finally called back and she said she spoke to the lawyer and he said it's not a case he is interested in taking. She was very rude. Then she hung up on me. I have my own business in Dallas and I would never speak to anyone the way she spoke to me. If she was my employee she would be fired immediately. These people seem like ambulance chasers. Try to avoid lawyers like this. I guess a broken foot and ankle isn't enough money for them!! One star is too much of a review. Low Class people
