My wife had her case in Denton County on a schedule two charge It was no problem talking to them and everything at 1st at soon as they got their payment it's like we did not exist they have not contacted the D a's office and tried to work a deal and almost a year they took our money and ran very rude the whole staff I wish I would have look at these badd reviews before I just went with the good because the badd definitely is what's true very unprofessional he needs to be a prosecutor not a attorney

Tim is the best criminal attorney you can hire. Unfortunately I had to hire him for two cases in a about a years’ time and it was a very stressful and nervous time. Tim met with me and discussed my cases with me personally, not an aide or assistant attorney but Tim himself. Tim is always straight forward and honest with you when it comes to your case. He will offer his opinion but always reminds you of the worst case scenario. Tim and his staff always responded to my emails or phone calls quickly with case updates. What this guy doesnt understand is when you hire his services... he and hus staff works for you!
What a rip off this guy was! First off he “double billed” me for 2 attorneys being in the same room for my consultation! Even insulted me by cussing at me and calling me names!! So unproffessional! I decided to hire him cas the price was decent. Wait for it....Until he and his attorneys WOULD NOT NOTIFY ME OF MY COURT DATES! He told me that i was the first person to ask when my court dates were in all if his 30 yrs experience! REALLY??? Even if im not “required” to show up for the first procedings, as they were just a matter of formality! I would hav liked to hav known when my court dates were as i am the one that is ultimatley responsible! But ol Timmy and his just out of college side kick Haley wouldnt inform me of my dates and got into several arguements sbout it, ol Timmy decided he doesnt want to be my attorney and files a Motion to Discontinue. BUT HERES THE KICKER...thats not a reason to file a motion to not be ny attorney and if i would hav known that at the time i would hav showed up for the hearimg in court snd told the judge why he was filing and forced this guy to continue to be my attorney! So be very aware of this man and if anyone has probs with him, just call the Texas Bar Asc and explain it to them and force your attorney to do his job. He also told me i would be getting a “REFUND” for most of my money back! I had given up about $5k in retainers they show up for 1 court date snd then bill me for $600 more dollars! What a rip off this guy was and so much BS it what i call legal stealing! And taking advantage od someones situation!

I have been dealing with my dwi case for three years, I didn’t know many things about getting a dwi since it was my first one. They just took my money and did not work out a deal that would be reasonable. As a result of all the demands from the court and the deal that they advised me would be the best, I lost my job and have been struggling so bad to keep my lively hood.all my friends I have spoken too about their experience with a dwi have told me they can’t believe I got such severe deal. Never even saw the guy and was badly represented. Do not waste your money on him. Even when you go to the court you will hear people talk about how dissatisfied they are with his services.
