Mr Chance has been my lawyer for many years while I was driving a truck and helped me reduce all the tickets I had accumulated over the years. all my tickets were dismissed and I was able to keep my license in good standing.

Unfortunately I ended up with a DUI and as we all know the penalty for a DUI is huge. Mr Chance was able to reduce my DUI penalty to only 6 months of driver suspension and a DUI class. Once my DUI class was complete (2 weeks Later) I was able to submit it and get my license back right away.

Mr. Smith never represented me. The reason for the review is bc I called about 2 tickets and after reviewing them the lady that answered the phone informed me they couldnt help me. But she searched and gave me the correct way how to fix the warrants and saved me money on one solely bc they didnt want to take the case and cost me more money. They also referred me to an attorney to help on my family law case! Service was awesome and they weren't out to rip me off and collect my money when I could fix it myself! Thank you. Chance Smith is the best attorney I’ve ever had. He took my case and handled it with prowess. I had two tickets. One for a ticket that showed up after 2 1/2 years from the date, and another for failure to appear that was issued freshly for the same ticket. It was a rather strange situation that suspended my license without me knowing. He got both tickets dismissed completely and quickly. Very affordably I might add. He and his staff were friendly and made frequent contact. Never had trouble getting ahold of them. Mr. Smith himself, was one of the most polite people I’ve ever met. The kind of man you can tell is smiling on a phone call and honestly cares about your case like your struggle is his own. In short, I cannot recommend anyone higher.
