Opened a case against me for an item that WAS ALREADY JUDGED AND ORDERED by the courts. I have shown him the judgment and he still believes that he can take me to court. This is Frivolous Litigation and I will now be forced to counter sue for this. This place does not need to be practicing law.

Started my Divorce and custody case with Peter exactly a year ago, we went through the process of custody and Divorce. I only met with Peter once or twice and saw him in action in court only one time. My wife and i thought it would be a good idea to try and Reconcile. Peter told me that he would put our case aside to see how the reconciliation went. Later that same month things changed. He said we would take care of the process of continuing later the following months. I never heard from him and called back around the holidays to see how the process was going. I never was able to formally talk to him only his Paralegal. I then find out a couple days ago that he signed for my case to be finished back in July when we were THINKING about the Reconciliation. So now my custody agreement and my Separation was all thrown out the window for his low price of over 3000$. Very un-pleased with his Results and Lack of Communication.
