They seemed knowledgeable about the trademarking process, but i wasn't impressed with their communication skills. My main frustration was with their billing. On top of the fee, they essentially billed me for opening and sending me every email. At a billing rate of $375/hour, that added up to over $1000.
Invoices kept trickling in after I thought I was done with it, felt like they were nicking and diming me. In hindsight I should have went with LegalZoom or shopped around more before hiring them.
