Nicole is unprofessional, took forever to finish poor quality work, complained the whole time, didn't get anything done properly, a huge waste of time, we agreed in the beginning that payment will be half in the beginning and half after service is done, but after she delayed me for weeks, she demanded payment in full prior to finishing her work, and told me that it is how she does business, then told me "stop hating Americans, and we won't screw you over constantly" I was using Nicole's services to: 1- Amend a petition for defamation. 2- find the service agent. 3- get records of filed RO and their minutes. 4- serve 2 parties.
she took $150 upfront and amended the petition terribly, did such a terrible job, and out of our discussed time frame, so, now I have to also file a motion for continuance. anyway, in order to finish it proper, she demanded more money so I gave her another $50, left with a $100 to finish, she didn't wanna do the job, so she was rude again, and I fired her by a text message. and she did none of the other things that were requested.

Nicole M. Gagliardi should never be hired by anyone. Beware. She is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. She is unclear that the term 'mediator' indicates she is to conduct herself in an unbiased manner, not taking sides with either party. She has a desperate need for attention. Any flirtation will blind her to the motive behind the flirtation. She suggested that I should accept the greatly reduced amount of alimony being offered by my ex who would always smile at her. When I asked her why I should accept so much less, she replied by telling me that my ex and I were "best friends"! He and I managed to be cordial in her presence. That did not make us 'best friends'. I did not feel the need to explain to her that for 31 years he had been verbally and emotionally abusive. Twice the police were called for his domestic violence. Once he was arrested on felony charges. She assumed that because he smiled at her, he must be a great guy. She told me that pursuing what the state calculated was fair, was not fair to my ex in her opinion and that she was disappointed in me for being 'that kind of woman'. After dedicating myself to raising children, taking care of the household, the bills and the animals while the ex accelerated his career, what kind of woman is she suggesting I am ? My review of Nicole M. Gagliardi is based on my opinion and experience. Since my posting you can see in her reply (captured in the photos on yelp) she is unremorseful and has even made false claims that I did not work after my children came of age. I was in fact employed and am so today. This is an example of her lack of professionalism. As you can read she thinks very highly of herself and is willing to falsely defame her clients if they don't agree. She has even left screaming voice mails threatening to sue me for posting my experience and opinion on yelp. When she discovered I was not agreeing to obtain her services, she retaliated with a text saying that my ex will be retaining the attorney that she recommended. Why did she not recommend an attorney for me? Why was she getting involved to take sides at all? Nicole M. Gagliardi does not understand the fiduciary duty a 'mediator' has to remain neutral for both parties. Buyer beware!

Nicole was very professional with quality of work. She did exactly what was promised. It saved us $5,000.00, that is what an attorney would cost have cost us to do what she did. Thanks for a job well done
I used nicole years ago would recommend to anyone. She filed an appeal which I had difficulty finding a lawyer. She filed paperwork to legal specs. She is a 5 star paralegal. Saw someone left her a one star review and that is not nicole.
