I went to them and paid initially to check on some tax issues i had. They came back saying i owed much more than when I walked in. They did not check on other issues I was concerned about. For an additional fee they would look into that as well. We will fight for you is what they said. First you must get compliant they said. I explained that what they came up with was over $18,000.00 more than what the IRS even had. I just left the local IRS office myself this morning. I was correct with my numbers versus theirs. We settled on an agreement and I am now compliant. I am not sure where they got their numbers but I walked out $18,000.00 better that what this company quoted me. Thumbs down. I cannot give a minus star. Go direct to the IRS. Just call and make an appointment.

I walked in very frustrated with the amount of monies that I owed to the state and federal IRS plus their threats to seize bank accounts and such. Steve and his staff took their time and thoroughly went over my taxes and situation. Even though they couldn't really help me with lowering my taxes owed they did make some calls and at least got the federal and state off my back. This gave me the time I needed to pay the taxes owed and be compliant once again. They also went above the & beyond by telling me what I could do to help myself and maybe get some of the fees waived.
