Beware people of retainining Attorney Hancock. I had an unfortunate incident from 9/2012 of having been involved in a Domestic abuse case that finally lead me to file for a Legal Separation in an effort towards Divorce!
I was mislead/misinformed by Attorney Hancock that I had to keep an agreement from our previous legal separation from 2010, which was absolutely untruthful and unethical according to State Laws!
Attorney Hancock is fully aware of the Law, which states if parties recohabitate any legal agreement that existed prior would be null and void. Yet she had the audacity to approach me with such a statement for me to say okay when I knew better and without having any kind of Legal Education!
Most Attorney's network together unfortunately and they look out for whom they deem to be protected. She had no problem taking my money but definitely didn't uphold the oath she took in my case, back in 2012!
I ended up having to fire Attorney Hancock and retaining Attorney Mack to finish the Legal Separation process, which took from 9/2012 to finally 3/2013, horrible experience!
This is why Attorney's are hard to trust because everything comes down to money and whom each individual Attorney deem should be protected and taken care of for status sake! My exhusband was USAF and was actively serving for 23 years back in 2012. He was whom was being protected not me and my three children! They take care of their own and it's unfortunate. Therefore I took it upon myself to represent myself for the Final Divorce in 2015. It took me 3 years to finally get divorced because it wasn't convenient for my exhusband to get divorced and stop receiving the monthly Housing Allowance of $2000.00 plus $300.00 for utilities! I never received one penny of the Housing allowances which was a grand total of $2300.00 per month. My exhusband as of 2/13/15 ended up having an affair with a female from 2013 to 2014 whom he had aupppsedly mentored! This female ended up being the 1st Sgt. of the same Department they both worked in. He went on a Cruise with this female and was enjoying his cake and eating it too and exposed her openly to our 7 year old daughter at that time!
This is the Military and whom they along with some Attorney's protect merely to hide the embarrassments of their actions because of their affiliation in the Military. This is by far below all ethical standards of humanity let alone Military and Legal standards!
Beware of whom you Marry as many Military members look at it as a financial gain and beware of Attorney's whom you retain not having your best interest genuinely!!! It's rare to find an ethical and trustworthy Attorney in these times were living! Thank God I managed to get a divorce 3 years later and as God by my side as my representation! Thank you Jesus, he is still restoring me for everything lost in the Horrific and abusive Marriage I found myself in back from 11/2005 to 2/13/2015. But the fight never ends when money is involved! Now to date my exhusband wants full custody of our daughter merely to keep from paying the child support of $749.00 each month not because he cares to have our daughter full time! The Devil doesn't ever sleep but I find it very difficult in trusting any Attorney for representation of my current case against my exhusband. My theory is that Attorney's take more than they can handle and many times don't have a conscience to uphold the Law as it is written. Therefore look up the Laws as each State is not the same and be informed and don't allow yourself to be taken advantage of ever!!!!

This firm needs to shut down based on the level of service provided to clients that retain her. She appears to be a thief because she doesn't deliver on what she is paid to do.
