Before you go to anyone else talk to Frank Hartman. Very professional and down to earth. Even if it's not related to your case he'll be the one to help you out. He's always polite and if you need him he's there. I had no problem understanding anything that was happening with my case because he took the time and care to explain anything and everything I didn't understand. I was involved in an automobile accident about 3 years ago that wasn’t my fault. A gentleman ran a red light and smashed into the side of my truck totaling it. In the process I tore my labrum and had leg, back and neck injury’s. My car accident in December 2014 created a nightmare for me. The guy who hit me was uninsured, my insurance company didn't want to interview my witnesses as to who was at fault. I didn't have rental car coverage and the insurance company kept my car in a shop without starting repairs for 10 weeks. Frank turned all of that around for me. He got the insurance company to total my car. He took statements from my witnesses and got the insurance company to accept the other guy was at fault. He also got an injury settlement for me. He handled all of this with the utmost professionalism. And I never had to meet with him in person. I am actually located in Columbia, SC. If he said he was going to do something I could consider it done. I highly recommend Frank Hartman.

As soon as I was done with the Medical phase, Frank was very quick to get the necessary paperwork from the Doctors and other medical information together.
