Ms. Rasheed's case was a worker's compensation claim settled in 2013. She was informed that I do not give advice as to the taxability of any settlement proceeds and that she should seek tax advice from an accountant and/or tax professional. With regards to that topic, I have not heard from her since her case was settled, nor has she left any messages for me to return.

Do not hire this attorney. He will have you owing taxes on your settlement that you really don't owe but will have to pay because he will not answer your calls nor does he have the integrity to correct the "mistake" he made when giving you your W2. Never again, will I ever use his services on anything.
