Wish I could give zero stars! I literally had a panic attack when dealing with them over the phone. Jessie Hart hung up on me and was blatantly disrespectful. When I called back I asked to talk to someone else and they said there was no one else available. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, I was transferred to one. When I told him I needed to set up a payment plan and wanted to see if I could get hardship letters because I'm only 19. When I said that he told me why do you think you deserve hardship letters? and pursued to tell me I should quit school and get a fourth job. How rude! He later told me that because I chose to call the supervisor my down payment would now be 1500 instead of 500. CRAZY! thats not how it works!! Absoulety a scam!

I called to let them know that the incident that had happened on the of 03/07/2017 has already been taken care of. The agent that I talked to didn't introduce herself, but she was telling me that I should pay $1510.90 I told her that I already took care of the issue since last year, and her car is fixed. I already paid the owners deductible, and we agreed that's all I have to pay, nothing else. The agent said that it might have been between the owners and I agreement but I still need to pay the amount. Instead of $1,510.90 she will decrease $500.00 and make me pay $100.00 a month. I said "No, I am not paying." She said that my license will be suspended if I dont and my registration also. I told her "Go ahead, have my license get suspended and my registration too. I have no car anyways." She was pushing me to pay the amount until I asked her "Are you scamming me? Because I already agreed that my license should get suspended and my registration and you're still pushing me to pay." She said "You will have to pay the full amount." And she hung up after that. I am not paying anything because I've done my part. This was already done last year and they're chasing me after it? My license should have been suspended awhile ago if I didn't pay that amount. I will go to the court if I have to and fight this. By the way, the owner of the car also thanked me for not running away from the issue last year, and I know where I stand. They can scam someone else but not me.

TLT sent me a letter saying I was getting sued by State Farm for almost $20000. I was driving a company vehicle at the time of my accident. I spoke directly with State Farm and the said my company was liable for the accident. However, TLT still sent a letter trying to get me to pay the money for the accident. Someone needs to get in touch with me. All the stress and turmoil their letter has caused me and my family after we thought it was all over. I did nothing wrong and it was not my responsibility. I gave both the police officers and the other party involved in the accident the insurance information provided to me by my company. Now my family is all on edge thinking we might have to come up with $19k. How am I supposed to know about my companies insurance other than seeing the paper?

Attempting to rectify the situation, however Gayle is incapable of communicating like an adult and refuses to stop interrupting me like a spoiled child. I would be happy to handle the situation if I could get a word in edgewise, unfortunately this company scraped the bottom of the barrel when hiring their staff. She is also completely uneducated on Michigan No-Fault Law, my lawyer had a good laugh at Gayle's empty threats and antics. Requested to speak with a manager and was denied. I had an accident and because I recently came to the US I didn't know that I must have an insurance for my car, because in my country it's okay to not have an insurance if you could deal with the one you had an accident with, anyways, I settle it down with the woman that I had an accident with, and I gave her 500$ infront of the cop, and the cop gave me two tickets and I'm pay 350$ for that, so after a day of my court, Mordan Clark called me and she was rude and she wanted me to pay 1538$ I told her that I already paid that woman but she refused to listen and said I'm not gonna argue with you, And when I told her to call that woman or at least to give me her number, she said I don't wanna do any of that, and you have to pay us or we will suspend your driving licenses, they are rude and I guess it's scam.

There are no tips to go about the correct way with these people, all I do is simply call once a month to make a payment, recently to just pay the whole $125 remainder in full. There is no pleasing these people. They’re just plain rude. As soon as you dial through to the phone line and dial 0 which says is directed to accounting, it’s always to their receptionist and she is rude. If you’re not accounting you can at least say you are not accounting before just taking my card information then it’s up to me wether I want to give you my info or not. Don’t ask me “what do you need” and then take my info and tell me “ok I’ll give this to accounting she’ll call you back to confirm it went through” I don’t want my card information just laying around your computer or office. The hell. And you don’t ever get a confirmation call either. She always has a damn attitude. Maybe if I was even someone calling because they can’t make payments or something but I’m paying YOU why do you have a damn attitude everytime.again, this is ALWAYS the receptionist and I can’t speak for anybody else because you can never get to them! They’re always out for lunch or in a meeting.

First I'd like to admit, I was rude to Andy Scott. Then, he got rude, then his supervisor Mark Brian got rude. Moral of the story the story, if you receive a 3,000 bill for an accident you were not involved in. Stay calm, send all the information they ask for and pray it's enough to stop the calls and letters. They will not call the investigation officer that cleared you because they do not work on your behalf. Now, if they continue harrassing after their document request has been satisfied, then you can file charges. Stay calm, because these people get ugly and it can ruin your day. Don't waste your time trying to get anyone fired, I believe they train them to be like this. Again they're working against you, not for you!

They are very rude and hang up the phone when they don't get what they want. I got into an accident while I was trying to back into a parking spot. They didn't contact me until 4 months later. I had just turned 18. I had told them that my mother was going to handle it. Sarah ext. 258 and I quote "Let mommy deal with your problems. Have a good day." And hung up the phone. Like really you work for a professional company or in this case it's not really professional at all. I'm a full time student in college so I wouldn't be able to afford to pay $1700 out of pocket. This place needs to be shut down.

This is the worst place I have ever dealt I was trying to set up a payment arrangement then lady ANNA ext. 255 was very rude and unprofessional! I had a payment arrangement previously and life happened became homeless and all the above you think can happen happened! Now that I am stable trying to fix my mistake this lady and her supervisor was very rude beyond rude disrespectful! So by nature you would act how they are acting toward you!! So I thought it was me So I had my boyfriend speak and they were beyond disrespectful so he just lost his head! All I wanted to do was fix my mistake that I made pay my dues and these people will NOT work with you in anyway! So now I don't know what to do! Yesterday a family member received a threatening letter demanding almost $1000 for claim that has never been made. We have made 4 calls in the last two day2 to try and get information. The woman answering phone is nasty and rude. No one will call back and she does not transfer us to anyone. She claims that she is only the receptionist and knows nothing. We are filing a complaint with the State Attorney General for Consumer Protection. We believe this may be a scam. If it isn't a scam, then it is absolutely the most horrid agency I have ever had to deal with.
