We met with Mr. Butler and he spent an extended period of time speaking with us to create the documents we needed. He gave us a fixed fee ahead of time to create the documents, there were no surprises or additional out of pocket costs. The documents were done exactly as he described and he even assisted us with filing the paperwork necessary for the county.
