RUDE RUDE RUDE! Got a call from them (we have no business dealings with then nor have we ever) telling me to LET him speak to owner (did not even have his right name). I told him no - he does not take calls from people he does not know. Response: EXCUSE ME - he knows me. Well - no he does not. All of our telemarketer calls come in on a phone line that we have not utilized as our main number for years. So I know when that line rings - it is a bogus telemarketer. He was RUDE and demanding. If you do business with this company, I wish you the best of luck.
1/20/20 Again - called in on a phone line that all telemarketers call in on. Demanded to speak to the owner for which he asked for him by his first and middle name only - not last name. I told him that the owner has no intentions of speaking with a sales person and he told me the owner was expecting his call. Nice try dude....not my first rodeo with dealing with jerk sales people!

Once our Tucker Albin agent found out, verbal abuse is what we received. Now they still call even though we have repeatedly informed them they will not receive any future work from us. This company charged the company I work for for collecting a debt that they never collected. After verbally harassing one of our clients, we cancelled our relationship with this collection agency. Their use of vulgar and inappropriate language as well as scare tactics forced us to end the relationship. Today, a statement requesting $450.00 be paid for the same debt that was never paid by our client showed up in our office. We are now in the process of suing our client for the payment that Tucker, Albin & Associates claims to have received. Do business with at your own risk. Its apparent they charge for services that were never rendered. This company was investigated and had to pay out $500,000 for their practices of collecting debts. Their are also 85 complaints that have been reported to the Texas State General regarding the way they handle their collection practices. DO BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I had prepaid for block time in an aircraft rental agreement. The rental plane was sold before the all of the block time had been used and the rental company refused to refund the balance. Heidi and her team took over collection and stayed after the rental company until payment was received. They even negotiated payment terms for me. Shane Murray at Tucker, Albin, and Assocaites is a super star dept collector. He was able to succeed with an account that was over a year old that did not respond to dozens of phone calls, emails, and two personal visits to their location. I gave up collecting this one and Shane got them to pay three days after his first contact with them. Wow! Time is money and I wasted a lot of time trying to collect. Shane also got many results from other 120 day or older past due customers. I'm a fan.

I told him that the owner has no intentions of speaking with a sales person and he told me the owner was expecting his call. Nice try dude....not my first rodeo with dealing with jerk sales people!

I am not the person they are looking for and they refuse to remove my number from their list. this is not the correct way to handle this situation.
We are now in the process of suing our client for the payment that Tucker, Albin & Associates claims to have received. Do business with at your own risk. Its apparent they charge for services that were never rendered.
This company was investigated and had to pay out $500,000 for their practices of collecting debts. Their are also 85 complaints that have been reported to the Texas State General regarding the way they handle their collection practices. DO BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
I would like to thank Heidi Patton for the excellent job with our collection issue. There was a personal conversation with Ms. Patton, she didn't make you feel like you were us anyone. She is genuine and very likable.
Ms. Patton was very fast in getting the collection complete in a timely manner. I do recommend her to anyone I hear that is having trouble with a non paying customer.
