Mandi Holt-Rutledge is sad to see you Always bragging about the things you does for her family - must be nice... Mandi borrowed $2000 from me in a time of need / we I guess you can say stole $2000 because it's been 3 1/2 years and not once has she try to honor her word or signed agreement to repay it.
