It's rare that I write a bad review. First off, the amount of fake reviews on here is astounding. Professionalism is not in this guys vocabulary. His suits are far over sized, dirty, and not pressed. Understaffed and speak to someone new every time. Staff retention is not a strong point. Would definitely not recommend as you can tell what type of person runs the place through the fake comments and staff. Do not waste your money here. Only use if complete last resort!!

Funny how this firm created fake emails of former employees in order to give the business five star reviews. I did not leave a review a month ago... How rude of you and your firm to use my identity in order to make yourself look better. If this firm can use someone’s identity in an unprofessional and uncaring way then imagine how they will treat your case.

The worst insurance ever wanted to give me a couple of thousand dollars after their insured ran me over. Out of options the Law Offices of Trujillo/Sanchez represented me. Everytime I called the had the answers to my questions. I was rendered a verdict and received way more compensation for my injuries than what I was offered. Contrary to what insurance says...Your not in good hands with them..Your in good hands with James Trujillo and Andre Anziani!!!

My auto case was transferred to their office and I had the best experience. The entire office was very pleasant and extremely helpful when it came to answering any questions I had. Frist thing do not believe the fake reviews. Some are employees and others illegal use of names. Not very professional. Case ended almost three years ago and paperwork was signed. The business who lost the case had to make payment within 20 days.
We are still waiting for the check. This lawyer is breaking his own contract that we signed. During the litigation they did not have all the info needed in the case that was given to them as witnesses statements. I had to tell them details again and again. I waited YEARS and begged to be sent to a specialist. I just kept hearing it was being worked on. I was given the run around for YEARS! They set up mediation and I still hadn't seen the proper doctor. So I took it upon myself to start with a specialist out of my own pocket. The doctor immediately could see the damage and said I needed surgery as soon as possible to repair my foot & ankle. My back has 2, 8mm herniated disc that are so bad I have complete numbness from my knees down. Going back to mediation, the meditator was so unprofessional, rude and cocky towards me like I was not the victim or the injured one. And the attorney sat there and did NOTHING to step in on my behalf. I fired him on the spot and left in complete disbelief & tears. Needless to say Im now disabled. I cannot walk more than a few feet with out being in excruciating pain. I don't sleep well because Im always in pain. My life has no fulfillment any longer. I would not even give them one star. I was even left with all of the medicals bills to pay myself.

After waiting 4 1/2 years, constantly reassured that my case was being handled and I would receive money for pain and suffering, I received a shocking report from David Sanchez. The person who hit me had insurance, but when my claim was submitted, the insurance filed bankruptcy. That sent my lawsuit to an "uninsured motorist" fund. I was asked repeatedly if I had car insurance at the time of the accident, however I was a pedestrian. The long and short of this fiasco was that Mr Sanchez realized he wouldn't get a sizable fee and said he would withdraw from my case. He continued to say there was nothing he could do for me. He must have known that as soon as he filed. If I had decided to settle with the insurance company, I'm sure I would've received something other than the bums rush. I drove 45 min, one way, and wasn't even compensated for it.

It took 2 years for a fender bender. The place smells like an old bar. If you've gone to the doctor, or anything beware..no matter the amount. You will get less than the lawyers. I truly wish I would have just settled with the insurance company. This was he'll to go through. Insurance company offers 15k. I got 4200 out that. Exactly.
