I had a car accident and actually went to another law firm which was too busy not only for my case but also in gathering the documentation that they informed me they had. So for having my case sit idle for about 5 months , the other firm passed it on to KTC. I was unhappy with the transfer, until I observed how hard KTC/ Mr. Raphael worked something out of nothing. KTC didn't have much to work (only my side of the story ) but they resolved my car accident favorably. I just love the personality and family feel that Att. Curran displays. My attorney Zane Raphael was great but Att. Curran's genuineness won me over. I would recommend them to anyone who had an accident. KTC is small enough to handle your case diligently, but big enough to win it.

I would never recommend this law firm to none of my close friends or family or anyone else for that matter. It’s impossible to get the lawyer assigned to my case to answer the phone. I left numerous messages on his voicemail that were never returned. He was always on a late lunch, out of the office early or on vacation. It sickens me that as an injured person you place trust in lawyers to work on your behalf only to be let down. I just want this nightmare to be over!

Wish I could give 0 stars. This Law firm has been assigned to my case for over a year now. I have been assigned two different attorneys without any notice, communication or greeting. I had to find out when I called to check the status of my case. The communication is horrible. I never receive a return callback and I'm the one having to call for an update. Now...I know you have to have patience when it comes to cases. I have been patient long enough and not receiving any feedback doesn't make it any easier. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM.

Let's just say I was happy when my case was transferred from my old law firm to Zachary Wooldridge, one of the lawyers for Kelly T. Curran. As soon as he got my case, things started getting done. He always explained things so I could understand them, and if I had any questions he was always happy to answer them. On the rare occasion that I couldn't get a hold of him, the receptionist Gracie was also very knowledgeable. I am very happy that they took my case.
