Rijal Law Firm filed my Green Card Application based on approved U visa and Attorney Saurab handled my case. The Police Station was being difficult and getting a new certification from the department was hard. It took a few months because of the years that had passed but Saurab managed to get it done and he was able to submit my green card application on time! I now have my work permit and I know my green card should be approved soon. This is worst law firm I had ever since in law firm .They ask for only money to speak one word also .they charge money in advance and will tell you to write document by yourself .if I m paying money and hiring lawyer why should I write down all affidavit by myself .so no reason to pay him the money .so don’t go to this lawyer .i think he know only money .

These law firms are money hungry. I understand they are for profit organization. However, I called them to ask about how much it would cost me to file K-1 for my fiance and the front desk agent told me I have to pay $150 to ask the rate to file K-1. I requested her if she could have this information for me however she kept emphasizing me, and told me she cannot ask this information to attorney and told me to pay $150 just to ask for there rate to file K-1. I told her I do not have any other questions, just wanted to know the rate but no she did not want to hear anything else. This is utter hunger for money, money and money. A complete trap for the clients. They even told me that if I file K-1 with them $150 fee would be returned. I cannot believe how they push there clients to spend money for them for just having the information on there rates.

##### Update:### Mr. Rijal called me. He answered my questions swiftly. Mentioned to me that I had misunderstanding with his staff I told him his staff kept on mentioning about $150 but did not want to hear anything else. I am thankful for his willingness to speak to me. He was courteous and answered all my questions and also suggested me on questions that I had and yes it was at no cost. Thank You! Mr. Rijal
