Met with the owner John who said the case was a slam dunk that we just needed someone like him who knew how to handle it. That was in January. Almost a year later, several different “lawyers” and several unresponded to emails and drop ins, nothing is complete. We will be contacting the bar association for further assistance as well.

I called J Gannon Helstowski back in November of 2018. I spoke with Chris Ebert about an issue I was having with Citibank. He told me I was the 5th person that week to call regarding Citibank and they would be able to help me. The communication has not been great, but Chris did reach out to me to help make sure everything gets resolved.

Update: after my initial one star review Chris became very responsive and was ready to go after Citibank and get this issue resolved. I’ve reached out to him numerous times since then and have received zero communication. If you’re going to use this law firm you’re going to have to give them a 1 star review to get a response from them. Don’t waste your time.

When I first got in contact with the Helstowski law firm, I had low expectations for what could be done with my colllections. My case from start to finish only took a few weeks and my situation was completely taken care of. Getting regular updates and not having to deal with this on my own made this a very easy decision for me to leave 5 stars.

Approximately one year ago I was facing foreclosure through a reverse mortgage company, this entire staff associate with this law firm worked my case for approximately a year to help me safe my home from being foreclosed. I will be forever grateful for the extra time they put in to assist me through out the entirety of this case. I agree no response and several lawyers and nothing get done but when payment was due they would wear you out and be nasty about it. All I asked was a call to answer some questions and sent several emails, even to the owner and nothing. Very disappointed and would never refer anyone to this law firm. Like most just want your money . I own my business and would never not respond or treat someone this way. Thanks team way to go. One day it will come back to you. Please take my advice and always respond to your customers.

Horrible experience. I hired them to try and resolve my judgement against me, they took 4 months and get nothing done. The only call I received from them during the process was a call to make a payment. There was a time were I could not get ahold someone in the office for 1 week and half. I had to constantly kept calling for updates, until I got tired and terminated my service with them. Im handling the situation myself now. Not recommend it!
