Unprofessional to say the least. I've never seen a "title company" act so horrible. I've had to request the same documents and updates multiple times.

April and Maxon Thrasher treated my clients horribly. I'd never send a real estate transaction to KNDS Law.

Do yourself a favor and go someplace like Providence or First American.

Management does not pay invoices and does not respond to customer/broker emails. Do not recommend closing any property with them if you expect to not have problems down the line.
