After my first consultation, I was thrilled with how thorough she was with explaining the process, providing me with a very detailed process overview, and making sure to follow up with me to answer additional questions. I also was very impressed by the paralegals on her team as they always put me first. It was a great added addition during a time that I had a lot of stress on my part. If I could give her a zero I would. My husband hired her for a custody suit. 13 months later she has done absolutely nothing. We have been to her office. Asked for itemized receipts for what she has done after her telling us she won't give our money back. It's been 3 months and we still haven't got anything from her.
