The most recent being my Will, Power of Attorney, and Medical documentation for both me and my wife. He does a fantastic job and knows his trade inside and out. I arrived at the Denton County court building for court at 9am. Judge Herr called me the stand after taking many breaks. He tried to rush through my hearing and didn’t listen to any of the details about my case. Attorney Wescott was reading the agreement and when it got to visit arrangements they didn’t try to listen to me as I was going to tell Judge Herr and attorney Wescott that my daughter cannot be alone with him. They were about to grant standard visitation rights when I interrupted attorney Wescott and told him that my daughter’s father can’t be alone with children. Both Judge Herr and Attorney Wescott began to be annoyed. Then Judge Herr called for a recess to rework the details of my case. I then waited 3 more HOURS only for Judge Herr to keep checking the clock and as soon as 5:00p.m hit Judge Herr packed up his belongings and left for the day. I sat in shock as I’d been freezing in that courtroom for 9HOURS!! I’ve been attending court for the last 3 years because my child’s father hadn’t been served until now and Judge Herr reset my case because he was in a rush and ready to leave. I went 8hrs sitting in a court room with no food and no drinks as Judge Herr had all day. I feel totally disrespected and hurt that I the custodial parent who has been raising my daughter this whole time thought that today I would get word that my daughter’s father would finally be forced to take responsibility and Judge Herr pretty much slammed the door in my face. He is very unprofessional and rude. He was inconsiderate of my time. I have health issues and have to have frequent meals.
If it was an option he wouldn’t get a one star rating.

Many years ago I had a legal matter that needed addressing to close out a divorce. Phillip provided the appropriate legal counsel that was needed to resolve this issue. Recently I had another personal matter that needed to be taken care of and I, again, reached out to Phillip to take help me resolve this issue. We discussed possible strategies on how to best get the problem properly taken care of. Even though the strategy that was decided to pursue was initially more expensive than other strategies it provided the exact resolution I was seeking without having to go to trial or have additional hearings that would have been significantly increased the overall legal fees.
