She was a rock star during our mediation and absolutely wonderful. She was so level headed and really cared about the outcome. The best interest of the children is her first priority and I am shocked at the bad reviews she has! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with her.

Horrible mediator!!! Run people pls don’t ignore the reviews, they are so true. I regret not reading the reviews on her before agreeing to the mediation nor walking into her office. She was one sided the whole time and very biased. She gave me attitude-and didn’t seem to care about my situation or what’s best for my children. I guess she collected $400.00 non- refundable fee, so why on earth would she care. She did not bother to solve any problem. All she did was gather info and relay the message. She is a messenger not a mediator. She doesn’t care. I felt attacked by her at the beginning of the session but I’m glad I didn’t back down, especially if the money is coming from my pocket. Total waste of time and money
Note: she is in business with those that gave her good reviews. I bet they wouldn’t use her as a mediator if they had real problems

The servers we're terrible. We never had a visit from our server at all. We had to get up from the table two or three times to chase someone down to get some help. The bathrooms were terribly dirty and there was water leaking from the ceiling in the women's restroom. We will never be back.

Ms. Armstrong worked as a mediator for a child custody modification I was going through. She was very unprofessional and rude. My child's father and I have always been amicable, but due to life circumstances we had to modify child custody. Instead of peacefully trying to come to a resolution, I felt Ms. Armstrong bullied her way through the mediation. This tactic was not necessary in our case. It was obvious she and my attorney were good buddies. She got her money though.

Armstrong was the mediator for my divorce case yesterday. She came into the room immediately attacking me as if she was my ex husbands attorney. She was so rude and attacking that I gave up my case before it even started, I felt defenseless and defeated from the moment she spoke to me..she treated me like I was a villian that needed to be punished...like she was there to defend him. This was a terrible experience...I'm very angry at myself for allowing the treatment of this woman to screw me in this case. DO NOT USE HER. I will be writing the bar association and considering further action...is she a mediator or a prosecutor for the opposing party?

Ms. Armstrong was unprofessional speaking to me disrespectfully at times. She of wasn’t just playing devils adocate, she was clearly biased to the point that I felt as though she was trying to threaten me to give in and agree. I left her office feeling attacked, misunderstood, and as though she must have been friends with the other atty because this was certainly one sided. The worst part is that I paid $400 to have someone speak to me with such disrespect and arrogance. I will never refer or recommend her.

Terrible!! Mediation was clearly one sided. Spent most of the time in the other parties room and tried to bully me into something that wasn’t fair. Even my attorney said she was the worst mediator he’s ever dealt with. Complete unprofessional and very rude. Her unnecessary and arrogant comment at the end as she walked out of the room was the icing on the cake.
