Wuld give half a star if I could. BEWARE. you may get ripped off by paying high attorney fees for nothing in the settlement, not even half of my OWN house with the deed in my name. I recommend researching other attorneys.

I was dealing with a family member who was trying to keep my daughter's trust fund for himself after her devasting passing on 3/3/15 at only 17 years old. Mr Hargrave represented me. Due to a threat to be sued for slander I am removing my comments even though its my 1st amendment right! I WOULD NEVER HIRE HIM AGAIN!! I did call the Texas State Bar and told them what exactly happened and his emailed threat. They wanted me to file a complaint against him but It wasn't worth my time. I would recommend an attorney that has a specialty, not a jack of all trades. You get what you pay for.
