Total joke, discriminatory, and charge you +10% every month. Costs you multiple thousands a year only having to do a few hours worth of work the one time. System is rigged. Just file chapter 7, only do chapter 13 to save you for a few months if you'll have it all worked out by then as a last resort. Good luck.
