Hired them to revise a few documents for my business. Communication was little to none, and it took over 3 weeks longer than they told me it would. I asked a few questions after receiving them back and NEVER got a response. Disappointing.

David is awesome! He's honest and was upfront from the beginning and charged a flat fee. I came to him not knowing anything about what the process was on a divorce. He met up with me a few times to go over all my concerns and spent hours with me over the phone. He went above and beyond to meet my expectations and deadline. I wouldn't know what I would do without him. I really appreciate you and would definitely use your Law Firm again. You have a great paralegal Team! Thank you, Anna!

It was my first experience having to deal with a lawyer ....I went to them because a referral by my job place. I was dealing with a situation about Child Support and they told me the could take care of it for $1k....I paid that on the spot, then I gave them all the information I was receiving from the DA office and I made sure to tell them there were some due dates on it. They told me it was not big deal and guess what.....they didn't reach out to the DA office by the due dates and they went and access my accounts, and my direct deposit. They never communicated with me unless I called them and there was always the same excuse "we are working on it" That started in Sept 2018 and they just reached out in April because of a new paralegal...and wanted to work my case and asking an additional $1k.

If I could give them 0 starts I would... they steal your money please don’t trust in this firm my son’s dad paid them $1,000 and they didn’t do anything at all. Just ask for more money.

Not sure where all the great reviews came from, but I had a horrible experience with David Routzon. If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired him to do some work for my company last year, paid 1/2 of the money down, then had the most horrible time trying to get in contact with him again. I called numerous times, emailed many times, and even stopped by the office to let the staff know that I cannot get a hold of him. He never picked up his phone, never responded to any of my voicemails or emails. He missed the due date to complete the work I paid for, and never delivered what he promised. I lost over $1,000 with this office. Never heard from him again. No apologies. Nothing. Stay far, far away!

David Routzon does a great job at trust, wills and POAs. He can incorporate businesses in a timely manner. We appreciate all that he does and that he does it well. I would recommend David for legal issues for both family and busniess issues.
