This a 2 star review currently, with the possibility of a higher rating pending a response from the company. A message was left on my phone that made it seem like there was an urgent matter with my federal student loans and absolutely NO indication that this was a debt relief company when I called back to discuss the matter. The company had all of my information already in their hands based on a personal verification number I received. While someone was looking through my loans with me, I was disconnected and no one has called me back. I do not know the person's name I was speaking with, but I do know that Linda is the person that contacted me and left a message on my phone.

My business was suffering and I didn't know where to turn for help. Luckily a friend knew someone in a similar situation and referred me over to Delta Tax Relief. I was VERY skeptical to give any sort of information to anyone and did not think the IRS would budge on the amount I owed. After about 7 months, my debt was nearly eliminated! I can't thank Delta enough for all of their help.

Extremely dishonest company. I worked there from July 2018 to January 2019 and quit in large part because I was asked to forge signatures on IRS documents and lie to IRS officials. Farouk Abdullah (he goes by Fred Jones) impersonates another person on the phone with the IRS because he does not have the required license to speak to the IRS. Also, the review by Ismail Shar is bogus. He is the former owner of Delta Tax Relief who sold the company to the son of Farouk in June of 2018. What prompted me to write this review is that Farouk garnished 650 dollars from my last paycheck for child support and then never sent the money. I saw numerous clients get ripped off and specifically remember one guy who paid 200 or 300 dollars to get his taxes done because he had a 1000 dollar refund coming. He gave us his stuff six months in advance and we still missed the deadline. Not only did he not get his refund, I am pretty sure we didn't even refund him what he paid us. AVOID!

SCAM ALERT!!! If you already owe the IRS don't pay these LIARS!!! They charge $500 to do a "tax investigation" just to tell you what you already know... $500 dollars that could have went towards my IRS debt. Words of wisdom: save your money and just set up a payment plan with the IRS.
