I really wish I could give more than a 5 star review! I was skeptical at first to call this law firm I didn’t think I would receive the help needed but I was dead wrong. My elderly mother was given a bad deal on a used car purchase. Once I called and explained the situation to Chris he immediately stepped in to help me resolve my mom's problem with the dealership and within 24 hours it was resolved. I was so impressed with his professionalism and compassion towards helping us out at an extremely stressful time. Not only was my mom able to return the used car and receive her $2000 down payment back she received hefty apologies from the dealership on all their wrong doings. This law firm is probably one of the best in my opinion. I purchased a 2016 Ford Fiesta SE in Puente Hills Ford. This dealer added lots of third party add-on warranty and protection plan into the vehicle, which cost me totally around $31,000! Can you image that? A Fiesta SE, not ST version. I knew, I was so dumb to accept the price. I asked them if any way to lower the price. The dealer insisted that they could not remove the plan since it was already installed. So, I contacted the other law firms but they rejected my case. After more than 10 inquiries, Glassey Smith seemed to be my last hope, and fortunately, their lawyer Chris answered my call. Imagine purchasing a vehicle that was supposed to be accident free!
