Mr. Edmunds was able to get things together for me, and was able to make the process smooth. Will pray with you when needed, and provide encouragement. Thankful for the service provided.

Good Afternoon, I am writing this review to encourage anyone with clearance related issues to contact Mr. Edmunds and his team without delay. I waited until after replying to my first SOR before I contacted him. You are only delaying possible expedited resolution and possibly doing a huge disservice by waiting to contact his firm. I lost my Interim clearance, my job, as well as being booted out of a prestigious military school. Mr. Edmunds and his team were able to represent me and have my clearance reinstated. They have so much experience and the know exactly what to do. I lost so much when they took away my clearance, but because of Mr. Edmunds and his team of professionals, I now have my clearance and my life couldn’t be more promising.

I have my security clearance back and I can keep my job. to the diligent work of Brianna, She guided me through this horrible process, and numerous phone calls to created my favorably response with in 60 days. My family and I will graciously appreciate what you and your firm have done for us. THANK YOU
After I was charged with a DUI my security clearance was going to be potentially revoked. Thankfully I found the Edmunds Law Firm. I found out that a DUI is not a good enough reason alone to deny someone security clearance. They helped me to defend my case, and to prove myself as a stable individual after this charge. I am happy to say that I won my case, and I have retained my security clearance thanks to the wonderful team here.

After going through a rough time and getting into some trouble I was in the lookout for a good law firm to help me get my security clearance back. I reached out to The Edmunds Law Firm after researching some cases they have won. I explained my situation and they really made me feel I was very capable of getting my security clearance back. I went ahead and decided to move forward with them, they took care of all the paperwork and everything that would have been a stress for me. They really made me feel secure and updated me with all that was going on. In the end I won my case! This is such a great Law Firm I seriously recommend them if you are in the process of getting your security clearance back.

Because of a misdemeanor around 8 years ago I presumed attaining my military security clearance would be much more difficult. But the experienced attorneys at the Edmund's Law Firm were helpful in making the entire process hassle free. They guaranteed results and didn't fail me when I needed them.

Everything went great with my Security clearance hearing! The attorneys at Edmund's were very quick and hardworking. They made the application process easy for me to understand for a great price. I was very worried about not getting accepted because of my legal substance issues over 10 years ago, but the team gave me their full assurance. And lived up to it

I was going through a really bad divorce and it was something I knew I could not handle on my own. I decided to hire an attorney and a buddy of mine recommended the Edmunds Law firm. I have to say I am very pleased with the settlement offer.

After being divorced for over two years my ex-husband filed a motion to have our original divorce judgment vacated. It was a convoluted situation and I went to The Edmunds Law Firm for a consultation. Attorney Austin was incredibly bright and easy to talk to. Austin took a look at my situation and explained that due to several loopholes, I didn't have a chance of retaining my settlement. Austin could have lied about my chances just to get the case and my money, but he was honest and sent me on my way with a greater understanding of any situation and advice on how best to go through the motions on my part. I was very impressed by him! I do recommend The Edmunds Law Firm to my friends and family. I love their honesty!

I cannot say enough good things about The Edmund's Law Firm. The team was very helpful and kept us informed throughout the purchase of our new property. The team was always available and responded to all our queries or concerns. The online portal sets out all the documentation really easily. Great experience. Highly recommended!

I had got separated for a year but couldn’t figure out with paperwork to apply for a divorce. I even tried going to a lawyer personally but they all wanted to charge me high plus court fees and other fees that I couldn’t afford at the moment. The Edmunds Law Firm handled the divorce lawyer and this process went very smoothly. Attorney Alan Edmunds his communication was good, documentation and queries were handled in a timely manner and their fees were very reasonable especially compared to local firms. Alan not only helped me with all the divorce proceedings but also helped me with my child custody. I would not hesitate to use the Edmunds Law Firm again and would happily recommend them for conveyancing.

Like many, I have been putting off getting legal documents for a long time. I finally just completed this with the help of Edmunds Law Firm. They were very accessible, responsive and made it as easy as possible (breaking down questions/issues in very clear ways). I feel relieved to finally have this in the books and I highly recommend others to work with Edmunds Law Firm and team for the same.

I hired the Edmunds Law Firm to appeal a proposed security clearance revocation. My initial meeting was in person with Mr. Edmunds. From that meeting I felt completely confident that he knew the process inside and out and would be able to help me.
The first attorney assigned to my case sent me a list of documents he would need to put together my appeal. The list of about 10 requested documents and letters wasn't overwhelming but I felt it was comprehensive enough to accurately depict who I am and defend my case. The list also contained documents that I would not have ever thought to include in the appeal, as this entire ordeal was new to me. When I was having some communication trouble with my assigned attorney, Mr. Edmunds got my case reassigned IMMEDIATELY and the new attorney and legal assistant finished my appeal packet within 48 hours of receiving it. They filed the appeal with my government agency on Dec 12, 2017 and I received notice on Jan 9, 2018 that my case had been favorable adjudicated. That's only 19 working days over a major holiday period!
Amazing work by this firm. I'm almost 100% sure I would have lost my appeal without their assistance. Plus I tend to worry so hiring Alan Edmunds and his firm was exactly what I needed to set my mind at ease from the onset and have my prayers ultimately answered. Thank you for a job well done.

The Edmunds Law Firm is hands down the best Security Clearance lawyer that is out there! Mr. Dennis Smith and Alan Edmunds both went above and beyond for me to reach a favorable decision to obtain my secret security clearance. I had no idea a firm like this existed! I was on the brink of being denied a Secret Clearance over 1 old account until I hired The Edmunds Law Firm. They did a written response with briefing and exhibits and blew the response out of the water! Their professionalism, attention to detail and dedication to the client is astounding.
With you and your firms help, I was granted my Secret Security Clearance last week! You both helped save me from losing my job!

I found the Edmunds law firm through an Internet search to help me with my security clearance, which had been denied after working for the government for more than 15 months. After speaking to them and my attorney Ryan Nerney, I felt confident that I would have a favorable outcome. Attorney Nerney also told me where to go so I could review their cases and outcomes to prove that they are highly successful in security clearance matters. After doing my research and validating they are highly successful, I retained their services. Attorney Nerney, reviewed my case, wrote an aggressive appeal, spoke with me every step of the way, and made sure I was ready for my hearing in front of an Administrative Judge. At the hearing, Attorney Nerney was professional, well-versed, and aggressively argued the FACTS in my case to prove I was suitable for a government security clearance. He even went so far as to ask the Judge for an expedited response because I had been on suspension without pay for 10 months, and had children to take care of. The Judge agreed to the expedited response given my circumstances, and just over two months after the hearing, I was notified that the Judge gave a favorable recommendation, and the government approved my security clearance so that I can return to work and continue my career. I highly recommend The Edmunds Law firm and their attorney's. They are well-versed in security clearance matters and have proven to me they know what they are doing. I only wish I had contacted them sooner.

Granted Security Clearance! The Edmunds Law Firm knows what they're doing. Ryan Nerney is a good man and thorough. He provided me with a list of items he would need and then crafted an effective and professional response on my behalf. Every statement from my SOR was addressed in its entirety. I felt extremely confident submitting my response and that confidence proved well-founded as my clearance was granted. I recommend the Edmunds Law Firm without hesitation.

I couldn't wait until my case closed because I could not afford to pay another retainer for a new attorney. This place sucked!!!! I had a new attorney every other month and my case took a whole year before my divorce was final. I found out that they were using attorney's who were in training to handle my case. One guy who I met on the court date of my restraining order against my ex was such an amateur that he keep repeating himself to the judge as he pleaded my case and of course I lost. How do you say the same sentence over and over! Why would an attorney come to court unprepared and without documents. If I didn't have copies of documents he wouldn't have known what to say to the judge. It's as if he didn't review my case file before court. That happened more than once. And Susan (paralegal) was just as bad, forgetful, sending emails when I preferred phone calls running up charges, just ridiculous. So glad I'm done with this firm and my ex!

Had a bad experience with this law firm a couple years ago, the attorney that interview you may not be the one that will be assigned to your case, they manage to suck up retainer in pettiness phone calls and "negotiations" with opposing party and with you. The attorney that took my case had precarious litigation skills in family court and included factual errors on declarations. I will not recommend this Law firm.

As a single father and a veteran, it was hard seeing my children so little while on active-duty, but that all changed thanks to this law firm. I am a full-time, happy dad. Thanks Mr. Edmunds and Mr. Neinas; God bless!

I have known Alan Edmunds for several years now and have received countless pieces of legal advice from him. He is a family man, who genuinely cares about you and your family alike. He is driven and dedicated to getting each client the exact results they want and need. After getting a speeding ticket and a drinking ticket, I called Alan before my own parents because I knew he would be able to give me sound legal advice and because of his help I was able to get both tickets dismissed. If you are looking for a lawyer who can guarantee the results you want, show compassion and commitment to you individually and be a friendly figure throughout your endeavor -- Alan Edmunds is the lawyer to call.

I am quite grateful that I hired attorney Edmunds to represent me. I have approximately zero experience dealing with this type of legal situation, so I was grateful for the clarity and understanding he provided to me about the entire process. Most importantly, his representation resulted in my winning a case to have my security clearance reinstated after it had been suspended. He guided me in gathering evidence and character witnesses. Beyond the hard evidence, he was able to present my case in a way that reflected my character and my passion to support my country and troops. His passion when he presented his closing argument was impressive, and I had the sense that we had really hit a home run. After our victory in the hearing, the opposition pressed on with an appeal, which Attorney Edmunds convinced them to withdraw before it even went to the appeals board. I really felt like he picked up my case, hit the ground running, guided me to gather everything I needed to win, and doggedly stuck with the case through to the very end. My hope is that I will never need to deal with such a legal situation again, but if I find myself in that situation, I will not hesitate to go back to Attorney Edmunds for representation again.

I had recently undergone an interview and polygraph for an NSA clearance. I was very honest in my interview. In fact I got to a point where the honesty was actually not the truth and I somewhat misrepresented myself as this can be a very nerve racking experience. Within days I had learned that I was no longer allowed to access an NSA site on a visitor status while waiting for my official clearance to play out. This was embarrassing and devastating. I felt like a dirt bag. Not long after this unexpected bit of bad news, I received the letter of response from NSA indicating that my application for a security clearance had been rejected, with a letter of explanation. This was very disheartening. I had some very dark days following this. I am not a bad person and had been completely honest in my interview. After some deliberation on what I should do and after scouring the internet on the topic, I contacted the Alan E Edmunds law firm. I spoke directly with Alan on more than one occasion. Alan convinced me that it was in my best interest to move forward with an appeal. I retained the Edmunds law firm and was assigned Mr. Ryan Nerney as my attorney. I communicated directly with Ryan who was kind and helpful. I was sent a list of items that I needed to collect and obtain for my case. These items were carefully detailed out and Ryan answered any questions I had that related to my curiosity and inexperience in this field. A government clearance can be a scary venture as the average person has not a clue how this system works. Mr. Nerney and the people at this firm understand the process and I found that I could rely on them heavily to help me to know what to do, how to do it and when to do it. Ultimately it is about following their simple instruction, gathering the right info and allowing them to assemble and submit a response in such a way that it gives you the best chance of winning an appeal. I thought my case was hopeless but as I did as I was directed and began to gather the information, I found that they were helping me to form a picture of who I am, not just what one intimidating interviewer derived in an intense interview. In the end, I received happy news from Ryan who indicated that my appeal had been approved and the denial of further movement on my clearance overthrown. I am now back on track with my clearance officially. I can’t thank the Alan E Edmunds Law Firm and especially Mr. Ryan Nerney enough for their support and help. They truly were an advocate and I would go to them again. What a God Send they were to me. Literal Angels in my defense. If you are curios if they can help, Call Ryan or Alan and ask their advice. I am certain they will be honest and direct you for your betterment. Their retainment fee was well worth getting back on track for a clearance that will be invaluable in my profession. Thank you again Ryan Nerney and Edmunds Law Firm!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The staff is unethical, and lies to the credit card company when you try to get a refund. The 125.00 fee I paid for was for a "paid 15 minute consultation" and my questions were cut short due the improper time management of Attorney Alan Edmunds, who cut me off due to a supposed landing of an aircraft, in which case they informed Alan Edmnds to turn off all electronic devices. Mr Alan Edmunds, told me he had to turn off the device well below the "paid 15 minute consultation", and when contacted by the credit card company, Victoria Belabes, the Senior Account Manager, informed my credit card company the phone call would be billed in 15 minute incitements. I am sorry for this Atorney and the staff, if they do not know the difference between being billed at a 15 minute incriminate and a " PAID 15 MINUTE CONSULTATION." A" paid 15 minute consultation", is just that, and for call to be cut off short by Attorney Alan Edmunsd , short of the 15 minutes, when I had more questions to ask, shows, unethical, and illegal behavior on his part If your flying at 32000 feet, you more than likely have an opportunity to complete a "paid 15 Minute Consultation", however, when your minutes from the landing, most would be aware, and one should definitively not enter into a legal contract at that time, when Edmonds KNOWS he can not make good on the 15 minute contract. I have to go through a hassle now to get my refund, because the call was cut short by Edmunds, due to poor time management, and Office staff is dishonest and rude. I have already made several complaints to the California Bar Association, and I am seriously considering using an (AVVO-10), rated Attorney to take them to court, for damages and Attorney fee's. my Attorney is a personal friend, and would do this case on a contingency basis, however, he did not have expertise in Security Clearance law. Greedy and dishonest organization, both staff and Attorney. This little legitimate $125.00 refund, could/should wind up costing the Edmunds firm considerably more, at least in the tens of thousands of dollars when all evidence is submitted, and I will not settle, it will go to court. Great law firm for my child custody hearing. They have been outstanding in supporting me with every issue I have. My attorney Ms. Shokrollahi was a God send. She not only helped me with filling all my paper work, but was right there in court to represent me when I needed her. She was very cool headed and consistently gave me excellent advice. I have used other law firms before, but Edmunds had not disappointed me at all. If you ever read this Ms. Shokrollahi, you are a shining light in a dark world.

Ryan Nerney handled my Statement of Reasons (SOR) response smoothly and was very fast in responses to my questions. My issue was resolved and he made sure that all of my responses were well articulated. He corrected every edit I pointed out and anytime I thought of something to add, he gave clear advise and added as needed. He was well educated in my issue and even pointed out one of reasons was incorrectly placed on my situation and was not related to my case. My response was submitted and Ryan kept following up as the decision took longer than expected. The decision came back favorable! I recommend this law firm for any security clearance issues as they are knowledgeable in that area and have an outstanding track record!

I used Alan Edmunds lawyer for my security clearance case on 2010. They charged flat rate for the hearing, The flat rate is cheaper compare to other lawyer charged, but services are cheap too. DO NOT WASTE COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND LOSE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WIN THE CASE. The lawyer told me this is a easy case, nothing to worry about, we will win. They did not told me the strategy how to win this case, and whatever they prepared for the hearing were other security clearance cases that post on government website and documents related to me. We met at the build where hearing office located, he only asked two or three questions about my personal information which are on my documents that he should have in his office. The hearing did not take very long because he did not have any documents or points to show to the judge. After case denial on the hearing, I paid them again to file appeal, all they did were mailed my write up letter to appeal the case to the appeal office without anything else, I could do it by myself, and they charged me couple thousand dollars again just to mail the letter for appeal. Either they already know this case is not going to win or they just do not case about the case, because the flat rate is pay advance, they already got the money.Good luck if you going to use him.
