We settled our case much faster than expected for what we needed to make the needed repairs. Our case was unique because we had 8 individual unit owners as separate entities in the case and the team was patient to deal with our many personalities. Very slow and ineffective lawyers whom keep promising our settlement checks since Jan. 2017 and they keep prolonging it. Now they dont know when we will receive our class action law suit checks. They were also told they should have taken KB homes to trial, they failed to be ambitious to pursue a trial.
