They went over everything with us step by step by step on what we were signing and what all the closing fees were. *The Golden Girls Agreement is a document created by Catherine to protect the interests of my "house partner", Lynn, and me after we agreed to jointly build and reside in a house in which we can age in place. Lynn and I became friends in the 1970's when, as 20 somethings, we said when we got old we wanted to be The Golden Girls. Fast forward 38 years and Catherine is drafting our legal agreement.
