Natalie Bluestein did a guardianship case for us with our grandson. She did a wonderful job for us. We wanted to add our grandson to our insurance and time was critical. She was fast and thorough and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Ms. Bluestein to anyone needing a competent and professional attorney.

If you're a father looking for fair representation, look elsewhere. Collusion and fraternity take precident over representing best interest in an already flawed system. I can't believe the time and money wasted. I'm literally worse off after hiring these people. Negative 5 stars and a hard F-

Unfortunately I can't rate them any lower, or judge them on their mediation service. I was referred to Bluestein and Douglas through court ordered mediation in my request for child support modification. Mary Ann is the only one I have spoken with. At first she seemed helpful, and was prompt in getting a date for the Mediation. She called me and suggested September 11 as the day. I agreed and asked what I needed to do, and she replied, " Nothing, I'll contact you if anything changes." Fast forward to September 6, and hurricane Irma is heading our way so I call to reschedule, only find out she had never finalized the date. When of course asked why not she seemed surprised, and asked if I had received the confirmation letter. I said I hadn't, and hadn't been aware that I was supposed to get one. Reminded her that she had said she would be in contact if anything changed, she hung up on me. The next day was more of the same, however we eventually set the date for October 13th. On Monday October 9 I get the call that my ex wife cancelled on Friday October 6th. And that she would work hard to reschedule, but be patient they are busy. I then checked back on the 13th, and was told she would have it in a week. I called back on the 20th, they had been gone all week. Call back on Monday 23rd and she promised she would set the date by the end of the week. I called back on Friday 27th, at she time she told me she was too busy dealing with more important clients, I paid them on August 22nd, and that I needed patients. I called back on October 30th, she again told me she was too busy, I asked her why it was so hard to look at her calendar, she hung up. I called back, reminded her I already paid them, to which she said to take my business elsewhere . I called back today, October 31st only to be told they were calling the court and forcing me to use another law firm, all because I expect that between October 6th and October 31st that a competent person could take a few minutes to set a date for the court ordered mediation. Again, Natalie Bluestein may be a great attorney, but I'll never know because Mary Ann is totally incompetent in what seems to the most basic office skill, setting up appointments. If you have a choice, avoid dealing with Mary Ann at all costs. She will not let you speak, and refuses to have civilized conversation. I didn't cuss her, I did raise my voice, but only to be heard. I did ask more than once to speak with Mrs. Bluestein, still have yet to, even though I have paid for her time.
