Jan 2nd 2017: I was knocked from my bicycle on King St by a car while casually riding with my family. Remarkably I was given a ticket for "contributing to an accident". The car turned right into a parking lot without indicating. I was badly shodden up and received cuts and bruises to my face and body. The Police wrote me a ticket and treated me as a motorized vehicle. I reached out to Timmy Finch and the team at Bike Law and I'm so glad I did. Timmy took on my case, helped me asses my options and worked with me throughout the legal process. We plead "not guilty" and eventually the case went to court where it was dismissed. I can't thank Timmy enough. No matter how small the case might have been Timmy gave me 100% of his time and great advice throughout. Glad to have a team like Bike Law there to help the small people.
