First I was really happy that I found this place cause they were really nice and helpful but once they took my case I started having problems I never knew what was going on with my case and never responded easily to me and always messed up my appointment after 1 year half way threw they decided to drop my case and wouldn’t tell me what’s the reason and when I called to get my file they told me they couldn’t find my name or file gave me really hard Time it was. My first time going threw something like this so choose wisely and definitely don’t choose this place

Would no go here at all. Sent certified mail to say they were dropping the case on a holiday weekend and made some lie up for why they dropped the case. No help at all made wrong doc appointments aswell. Wouldnt waste your time here

Believe everything you read about how unprofessional this law firm is!!! Your case is not a priority with this firm...Run, and go elsewhere. I seriously regret hiring them. Had to end my relationship with this firm after two years and nothing accomplished. My case is still as if the day I contacted them!!!!!

Avoid this Law Firm! I WOULD NOT recommend this firm to no one. You definitely won't get updates about your case. I was given the run around for a whole year. They change my lawyer 3 times and the only way I knew I had a different Attorney is when I called. I was lied to and told the attorney claim to had called the billing off to retrieve information that was needed and no one would call her back! That was a lie! I called the billing office and requested the information myself and received it the same week. After waiting a year and four months of her not doing anything after I emailed it to her I called the Houston office and spoke with her supervisor and requested Mr.Daspit telephone number (the owner). Once I spoke with supervisor I received my settlement within a few days.

I would not recommend anyone to deal with Daspit Law Firm. This firm is unprofessional and unorganized to say it in a nice way. I started a small accident case with Daspit in March of 2018 and here it is well over a year and I'm still getting the run around. Since starting my case I've been tossed around to at lease 5 different attorneys with no notice! You have to chase the attorneys around as if you work for them. My insurance company issued payment to this firm in January and 7 months later I'm still getting the excuse we're in the final stages of getting the case closed. PLEASE do not waste your time dealing with this firm. You won't get treated as a priority and they will do the bare minimal to handle your case professionally. This has been by far the most stressful situation with this firm.

I will NEVER refer ANYONE to this company! They DO give you the run-around and cheat you out of the majority of YOUR money! Read your contract with them carefully, if you decide to go with them anyway, don't trust them to "brief" it to you...they get 44% PLUS filing fees. They are a total rip off!

You will not get updates on your case and they will give you the runaround. They have changed attorneys on my case 3 times within their firm without notfying me . i could have done better on my own

Nobody ever returns calls, nobody knows what's going on with your case. My case has been transferred to different lawyers so many times. I'm fairly certain my case has already been dropped but nobody yet has told me so.
