Was referred out to them after I was hit by an 18 wheeler. It took awhile but attorney Chad Eaton got the job done and I’m satisfied.

I would never recommend anyone to this attorney. Never answers his phone. They suck at keeping me updated on my case. And when they finally did update us. It was a LIE. Worst law firm ever!

My experience with this law firm has been awful. They don't return calls. It has been 8 weeks as of 5/31/19 since we settled in court. No payment has been made. I did all the work. Do Not Hire this firm.

This is a great law firm. After reading the reviews I was worried. But I think most of the negative reviews are from people looking for a fast payout. Everyone this is a process ! The court system takes time ,it does not happen overnight. I was in a city bus accident and will be in mediation soon. The law firm always answered the phone and when I called after hours they return my calls and e-mail. Claudia Jackson was great. I would reach out every 6-8 months. My advice is to let them work, stop calling every week. Every Time they have to stop to answer your call is time taken away from your case. Be Blessed and highly favored

I've just learned today by a horrible so called attorney that I've been dealing with for almost a year (Todd Durham) that he has passed my case on without any knowledge of mine. I've tried calling this attorney Lyn Breeland like 10 times today and all I'm getting is the voice mail and it's full. I don't want to continue to deal with this any longer. I want these attorneys off of my case asap! I will deal with the accident on my own

This is a horrible lawyer, he doesn’t answer or return calls and his voicemail is always full. Also he is terrible at updating people about their case and when the do it’s all lies . I didn’t hire my case was sent by Enerstien and Witherite I will never use neither one of them agains , he is rude and his office staff are very unprofessional.

I don’t know what to say about this place. I have been calling and calling and calling and I don’t know who has taken over my case nor the status and it was transferred here months ago. All I get is transferred to a voicemail or told the person is not in the office. So unprofessional I don’t know what to do at this point.

For a case that seemed that it was a lost cause, Attorney Rolle knew how to take care of what needed to be taken care of and helped me to come out a big winner. A small settlement of something is better than a big settlement of nothing in trial. I can't thank Attorney Larry Rolle enough, and for putting up with me as well. :-) He really knew what he was doing and took my case from start to finish, I would definitely refer other clients to his office in a heartbeat.

If I can rate nothing I would. Unprofessional, not a man of his word , his assistant is terrible, the young man at the receptionist has to be somebody child no skills of just listening as a receptionist should have. LYNN BREELAND . Terrible experience my mother case was push off on them by eberstein and Witherite after two plus years of waiting bare min activity and they still got paid off the case for doing nothing . I would never nor recommend anyone to use either one of their business. My mother pass while waiting on this case walk away with 2,000.00. Trust me u can settle that amount your self don't need a lawyer for that for personal injury.

The attorney i worked with Larry was a very down to earth guy and easy to talk to , don't get me wrong I understand that in any business there are multiple people to deal with but communication is key (consistent communication) i actually met with Taylor for my deposition a few moths ago but the Taylor that called me a few minutes ago to follow up a week later on my calls and emails was a completely different person you never know what a person is going through so approaching anyone for any reason who you call a client with the level of disrespect and unnecessary attitude that she contacted me with was completely out of line, so funny how the tune changes when they are "done with you" my suggestion is to train all of your administrative employees with the same process so there is less confusion on your process ... Good Luck to anyone that has to go through this process

I only gave one star because I had to in order to write a review, but this law firm deserves zero stars. My accident was almost three years ago. I was clipped from behind while trying g to exit the highway, thrown from my SUV in which I broke all of my toes on my right foot, damaged my back and my left shoulder. Throughout the process of Lyn T. Breeland dealing with my case, I was unable to get in touch with him. As a matter of fact I only spoke with him twice, and he told me not to leave messages or call Eberstein and Witherite. Needless to say, almost three years later without any update, call backs, letters, etc. I receive one letter in the mail stating they can't help me without any reasons why. This is so not how you treat clients in this professional business.

I am with them currently and find it hard to communicate with them..!!!! :(:(.. I am waiting to see how this pans out and I will save my review for later

Well I thought it was just our case but, upon reading the reviews clearly they are just as a whole incompetent. My mother and son was in a wreck two years pass the case was transfer from eberstien and witherright another bull crap firm if they can't get a quick buck out of you they don't want you. Don't use them at all. Within these two years my mother pass and Lyn T Breeland paralegal Mellisa houk is the most unresponsive- never follow - never call back - lies about what she did can't and want prove her statement paralegal I have ever met. You never hear from them. She send letters late and want you to respond in a quick manner. I thank God we actually did not hire them out of our pocket. I haven't heard not one thing in regards of the step that needs to take in regards to my mother case due to her passing. We have receive 4 different letters for meditation and I can't get a simple confirmation on what date and time this suppose to happen. I hope Lyn Breeland does a better job in being a lawyer than his paralegal does in handling his business.

I got hit in the back by a negligent driver almost 3 years ago and this law firm is still giving me the run around. This is the worst law firm. They talk good until you sign papers and then you want ever get to speak to anyone.

Literally the worst ever Cynthia caught an attitude because I told her how they always lie and say me Rolle is not in but once I make a big deal they instantly put him on the phone he never has called me I have to call him Boone is at all good at contacting you no matter who you speak to they are horrible and he should not have a business at all and Cynthia definitely like who tells someone to go get a job and stop worry about there money 1st off I have a job and I make great money but because I'm trying to get you to do your job I have no job no you guys are lazy and horrible and yes I definitely reported them to the Texas state bar

I strongly believe that all of the cases they have are cases that been transferred by/to them from other law firms that didn't want to be bothered with a difficult law suit honestly. And these people at this law firm doesn't take "NO" for an answer. My case have been in limbo for 4 years now ( one year with Eberstein&Witherite firm then 3 years with Breeland). OMG. I give them 4✨. I've met these people in person like a good four times and fortunately they are very nice and professional individuals. Their office is very business from my experiences there. There is a lack of communication over the phone which makes having patience very much needed. I've been told that my case was settled this year but nothing else since then. But this isn't my first or second nor third (there's been many) law suit that have taken over a year so when it's finally done I'll be giving an update.

Has been the worst experience

No stars, these people are the worst. Was in an accident by no fault of mine and made the mistake of obtaining that Godsey Martin which in itself is a big joke. They then transferred my case over to Rolle Breeland who is another joke. All of them are crooks. They work together to try to swindle you out of all they can. Case has been going on for 2 years and it seems like for another 2 years or more. Had a mediation supposedly and that Jane told me that she would try to recover about 2 to 3 thousand for me, mind you I lost my car and got injured. So after that a trial was supposedly set for May 2nd. They claimed that they sent a letter informing me of it, never got a letter. So I arranged to be off work so I called to confirm and got hung up on or call dropped. Called again later on and that Jane got on the phone and said that the trail had been moved to September, what a joke. All of this I think, trying to make me cave in and just say that I will take a few dollars. Good attorneys with integrity are so hard to find. I would not recommend that Godsey Martin and Rolle Breeland to a cockroach. I have a feeling that this will be going on for several years or at least until I cave in and take peanuts. I was told by Jane that if case goes to court I might not get anything

lack of communication, act as if they don't even care, I've called numerous amounts of times and they still have not returned my calls. I've spoke to the secretary more than them and she absolutely rude and unprofessional. My case was referred to them but I will be firing them as soon as I get the chance. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Everytime I try to call I never get a return I try to be patient I talked to another attorneys assistant he says the case is ready for court . although the judge in Denton County is dragging this on there was a comment made that everyone is passing the buck I wonder if everyone is being paid under the table my case has been given Lee Breland from Eberstine weather right . this case is going on three years. I asked the man how long will this take he tells me this case can go on for the rest of my life. judges getting paid off Insurance attorneys getting paid off + ripping off auto insurance company. the only way to deal with people like this s to call the State Bar and file a grievance against the judges and attorneys to get this proceeding going that is also including the insurance companies having to file a grievance with the state Bar these are my personal thoughts

In my opinion, these guys are the worst of the worst personal injury attorneys. Suing us for a case where their driver hit us.
