Dean Malone law firm is the best firm I have ever used. They are prompt, attentive, and very friendly. They will take care of their clients the best they can.

Successfully chased off creditor who was not following the rules. Also got some money out of it. However, several times after that one, I was turned down for help. I'm not sure why other than there was not enough money or too much work or whatever. When they take it, it goes well.

The staff is great, always answers calls and quick to respond. They go above and beyond what’s expected of them. I had received birthday, Christmas, and thanksgiving cards from them which is a reason I liked them so much is because they make you feel important, not just another client.

Dean Malone took my case 4 days before the Statute of Limitations after my previous attorney bailed out on me. Within those days Malone filed the lawsuit and committed to help me with the case. He had to fly out to El Paso on different occasions, collect some of my medical bills, and deal with the defense attorney which was only prolonging the whole case. All this work accumulates as attorney's fees; however Dean Malone waved all those fees and only charged me a discounted amount. I couldn't be any happier with my settlement. In 2014 I needed help with a case where I fell in Walgreens due to their negligence and was hurt badly. I contacted Dean Malone's office to help me. They took the case and then just dropped it. I would not reccomend them to anyone. My experience was poor.

This guy does not do police misconduct work unless it is sexy and lucrative. Try going up against the system that actually creates and fosters bad cops; now there is some real legal work.

i used the services of dean malone law office twice. both lawsuits resulted in victories. i dealt with attorney michael o'connor. he was discreet, and a skilled negotiator. this firm made sure all of my hospital and medical expenses were fully paid. they were tremendously motvated and successfull.

After waiting 2 weeks for anyone to even call me back. Some secretary not knowing anything about my situation simply called me at 7:30 in the morning and said "I am to tell you that we cannot help you". Asked if it was because of a conflict of interest or if she could at least steer me in the right direction and was told. "I don't know anything - They not tell me."
