Mr. Gregg has been very patient when dealing with my case. My life was completely turned upside down throughout the past 3 years, which I’m sure was frustrating. However, him and his team remained patient and persistent! I appreciate it. I also stayed out of trouble throughout this time. I haven’t even received so much as a parking ticket, so that probably helped. Unfortunately, my health took a major dive that led to me being “non-functional” for lack of better words. I was not able to answer phone calls, work, or go to school, etc. I even ended up having to take a medical leave of absence from college for the entire year. When I was finally healthy again, I called concerned about not receiving some paperwork (a friend had been checking the mail for me). Remarkably, Mr. Gregg ended getting me a better deal for my case and a partial refund (from Dallas County)! Now, I'm just waiting for the check to come in the mail and my case was dismissed! :) I do not regret paying him a single penny, and you won't either.

Was given the run around for a year and a half on a cut and narrow dui case inwhich I wasn’t driving. This man did not communicate one time with me and I had to pull hair to get in contact with him. He did not look at the police report until I met him at a court date that he was representing me in, I explained to him again that I wasn’t driving and he came back after looking at the police report to agree with me. Months later after I thought he had it figured out I receive a call asking for a different address because the address that is current had been returned(no it didn’t, was never sent). I had told him what I wanted to do and 3 times after that discussion he acted as if I had chosen a different route that made him look better on numbers, I adamantly told him no on that idea. While in the court room today he as assured me that all of what he was asking for had been negotiated between the prosecuting attorney and the judge. It was not, the judge granted me half of what was recommended by Robert Gregg.

Also when he left the court room for a phone call his colleagues were blantantly talking about how horrible this man truly is at law. I was apalled. The other defense attorneys loom down on this man.

He is a scam artist, easiest case of his life if he did even 5% of research into it. Unlucky for me he didn’t and I got the short end of the stick..

Please please please look elsewhere for your attorney needs. This man will waste your time and have you on egg shells because of the lack of communication/simple homework on his end.
Do not give this man your business, you WILL be charged.

Robert was a big help to my case. He went above and beyond. No jail time and no probation. My felony case was dropped and dismissed. Thank god I found Attorney Robert Gregg. I highly recommend him.

Worst attorney EVER! He is very unethical and does not follow protocol at all. If I could give no stars I would. He represented a very dear friend of mine. I use the term represented lightly because this con artist took $10,000 from him and did not a single thing. On court date he called absolutely no one to the stand or even cross examine any of the witnesses. He would constantly state that we had to hurry and do things because Marissa (the prosecutor) had to pick up her children. I’m sorry but what?!?? Why does her schedule have to interfere with the JOB you were hired to do? Then have the audacity to say I didn’t charge you enough for what I’m doing. He is a CON ARTIST! He was in the pockets of the prosecution the whole time. Now my friend is in jail for 20 years because this man did absolutely nothing he was hired to do. He supposedly claimed he was going to call several witnesses to the stand and on court date called NOT A SINGLE ONE. He handed the case to the prosecutors and washed his hands clean.

When my case didn't go as expected, I was upset, but I did get a call from Mr. Gregg and he was very nice and explained everything to me which put me at ease. Aida, his assistant was also very nice and helpful.

10 years later I am still paying for a citation that this attorney was suppose to handle. I had a failure to appear warrant and can't even get a license in another state.

I filed a letter of Grievance with the Bar. We hired him to represent us in a criminal case. He did absolutely nothing for us. He looked and sounded lost in the courtroom. Mr Gregg did not call anyone to the stand on my husbands behalf and also consulted with the prosecutor on my husbands case, well husband got 20 years and his response well we gave it our best shot. No never would I say this man is an Attorney he takes your money then your freedom that's not justice. Robert S Gregg is a prime example of what is wrong with the Criminal Defense System in Dallas Tx.

I have had 2 other tickets in my life and dismissed. How the hell do I end up paying more! I payed the attorney and I still have to pay the court $244. I was told the attorney would take care of everything. I should have kept my $75 and went to court alone

Went to jail for driving on a suspended license Mr.Gregg was telling me as long as I had a valid drivers license he could get it dismissed.I was skeptical i got my license back he postponed my court dates several times I worked out of town I never had to show up to court but one time that was a blessing alone not missing all that time from my job not to mention what a great deal he gave me to represent my case! Okay wassup my name Denzel. I was 21 years old driving down Malcom X in south Dallas when some large police officer (overweight) unexpectedly stood in the street . I stop the car because of him standing in front of me . My window was already down . He claimed to smell marijuana and forced me out the car. He searched my car without my permission. Claimed he found a weapon that belonged to me the driver. Already detained ; face down on the hood of a white police officers patrol vehicle . They wanted me to be seated at this point. I began to walk towards the side walk and clipped off one of the white officers foot that was there. He was upset and began to kick at me to get up. I Ultimately was accuse of (Possession of unlawful carry of a firearm) & ( Possession of Marijuana less than 2ounces) Robert Gregg with his beautiful brain and his degree he earned convinced the court to dismiss all charges!! Thanks again Robert Gregg!

Didn't even know my name after representing me for months. He didn't even try to do his job on my case. Pretty much just took my money, and worked on the prosecuters side. Thousands spent on worst attorney ever!

AVOID HIRING MR. GREGG AT ALL COSTS.

I hired mr. Gregg after a class b misdemeanor possession charge in Tarrant county and two class c misdemeanors in Arlington that I got all at the same time. When first meeting with mr. Gregg he assured me that he would be the only one handling my case as I was skeptical of someone I hadn’t met representing me. He sent me to the first tarrant county court date by myself, sent another attorney to the second tarrant court date (who gave me the wrong deadline to sign up for the first time drug offender program that mr. Gregg and I had decided to pursue), and on my most recent court date for tarrant county a third attorney from his firm that I had also never met was there to represent me (and point out that I had missed the f.t.d.o.p. Deadline). Along with this NO attorney showed up to my court date for my tickets in Arlington. So in short I haven’t seen the man since he received his payment...

This coupled with their inability to reach out and communicate details with their clients, or even their ability to be reached over the phone during business hours has left a terrible taste in my mouth for the whole situation. Needless to say I will never be hiring Robert Gregg again nor will I recommend him to anyone that I wouldn’t want to see in jail.

I posted a bad review after being ordered to pay almost 2 times the original fine plus paying this firm $100 to represent my case. Robert called me and asked me to please change my review and apologized for the "misunderstanding" and he offered to pay the difference in the fine. I never heard anything from his firm after that and ended up paying the full amount.

Handled my cases with concern and care. Even when my funds were low he continued to right my case till I could come with full payment. All cases dismissed! No haggle. No hassle.

Hired Mr. Gregg in 2013 over the phone for 3 driving citations in Dallas County court. Never met with him a single time but he assured me the tickets would be dismissed. I paid more than $75 but my tickets were dismissed and I never stepped foot in court or his office.

I have been waiting for a call back from their office but each time I call in I am told that someone will be calling me with an update on my citation I have still yet to hear from their office even from an assistant much less from an attorney - Not even an Admin OR the front desk staff has ever returned my calls nor have I received any correspondence by email or by US mail to keep me in the loop. I know they charged my Credit Card for the initial handling of the citation but have yet to find out if the attorney is making any progress on my case.

Mr Robert Gregg is the best. My wife was facing serious charges and Mr Gregg was a miracle worker. I meet Mr Gregg. Three years ago when I had some criminal charges of my own. With three different felony charges he got them all dismissed. As for my wife she is in a bit of a pickle. With two warrant out for here arrest. He got the warrants lifted. I could not handle two children on my own without her, and with a third on the way he started my case on the strength of my word as payment. I thank God for Mr. Gregg and the great work he does.

Worst attorney every did not help at all. I hired him in June/July for a speeding ticket I got I would call month after month to see what was the update and all they said was give it time give it time so come February I had a letter in my mail box that I owed $265 and it was due January 30 which was a date that had already passed I called them right away and explained them the situation and they called the court about me paying it and they said that now i owed $314 and they said they couldn’t help.
Spoke with The attorney and also told me he couldn’t help which it wasn’t nothing at my fault I asked for proof that he sent the letter in October like he said but he had nothing. Point period I paid them $75 dollars to try to dismiss and he didn’t and to top it off couldn’t help at all even though I had paid him to represent me ! Will never use him again and please people think not twice but three times before you hire this guy !!

Mr gregg is a fascinating... He is one of the best defense lawyers I have ever had.... He is a real down to earth lawyer that will help you anyways he can... if you ever need someone on your side Mr Gregg is the one to call.. I highly recommend him to be my lawyer anytime I need him...

I would never recommend this office to anyone! I payed $75 for them to take my speeding ticket case and never herd anything from them. All the sudden I get a letter in the mail stating I owe money for my ticket $331 for not showing up for court! I clearly asked them before giving them my money if I needed to show up for court and they said no! I called them about the letter and the clerk said that the court made a mistake and to send them a picture of the letter by email and that they will fix it. I originally got the ticket in my fiancés car, she then got pulled over for a warrant out for MY arrest. I called the office AGAIN and the same clerk told me that she doesn't know what I'm talking about and that there isn't a warrant out for my arrest and that it may be for something else!! I just now recyeived a letter saying there's warrant out for my arrest and its issued for the SAME TICKET. I'm fed up with this office! I don't even see how they're still open for business! And I wish I was smart enough to read the reviews before giving them my money!!!

I am very disappointed with this law firm I paid for my ticket they charged me $80, in the mean time I was waiting for the office to send me a notice about my court date I would also check the online Dallas municipal website and nothing was there. So now I am receiving letters from the Dallas Municipal court stating that I have not paid my ticket. First of all I thought the law firm of Robert S. Gregg was taking care of it and I was wrong . They took my money and did not resolve anything I am upset and disappointed. Next time I will rather pay the ticket before the 21 days because hiring a lawyer is useless.

If I could give this no stars I would. Back in July I got a speeding ticket. Normally I would just do defensive driving and deal with it. But, I felt this ticket was unfair and was referred to Robert S Gregg through a friend.
I paid $75 for them to get this taken care of, with the small chance I may have to appear in court.
January 14th, 6 months later I get a later saying I need to appear. I go and my person representing me tells me they'll try to get it dismissed or deferred adjudication at best. Finally she comes back out, and says I owe $192..wth!? I paid part of it and called R. Gregg's office when I got home to discuss some things. I was told he'd give me a call right back in 15 minutes. It was 4:15pm, they closed at 5. It's now a little over 2 weeks, nobody ever called me back. I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I paid them $75, for what? I live in Carrollton and had to drive to Fort Worth for court. It was a waste of my afternoon and gas and money. DO NOT hire these people, they don't care about you.
