I reached out to a lady here and she was really rude to me telling me he needs I feel front I sit there and so on are always a special Olympics athlete so what is that mean they're never going to pay me

I hired Royce West and Associates to probate my brothers estate and paid them in full for their services. I was assigned an associate that later left the firm, but was still assigned to my case. This associate was less than responsive while at the firm and has become less responsive since leaving the firm. I have complained to the Office Manager and even written a letter to the firm regarding my dissatisfaction. However, there has not been any improvement. It has been almost 1 1/2 years since I retained this firm. I noticed they have good reviews, but I have had a 1 star experience.

I only know that the view from the rooftop of this building is a wonderful view of Downtown Dallas.
