This company is horrible they do not return your phone calls and you have to pull information about your case out there butts. They are rude and unprofessional.

I contacted this law firm because of their good reviews. Unfortunately contacting this law office was a waste of time. I initially made contact on a Monday, followed up on Tuesday to confirm whether or not they needed any additional information from me and was told the traffic specialist was unavailable and will call me back shortly. I never received a call. I waited all day Wednesday, still no call. I called on Thursday and was told again that the traffic specialist had just stepped out and would call me back as soon as possible. I waited two and a half hours but never heard back. We decided to look for legal help elsewhere. I was not expecting them to have my case resolved right away, however a “we’ve received your information, this is how we will proceed should you hire us” would have sufficed.

Pierro Jackson i was represented by Demarcus Ward of Ward Law Group . i asked demarcus about P.I.P he got upset and quit working on the case and said that he wonts to retain his interst meaning i must finish the case but he'll still get his pay . when i try to get other lawyers to finish they all decline because theres not enough money in the case to split three ways . he called me mentioning about going to the D.A office about me getting hit from behind by a driver who didnt have insurance and that me and 19 year old son and to go to therapy for pain and traumatazation. I wouldnt advise Ward Law group to anyone . i asked for my pertaining to the case i get the run around.

This firm was absolutely phenomenal! They wen the extra mile and made sure every vantage point was covered. They made me feel like I was their only client and never left me waiting to hear from them. I have a cdl license and received a citation from a texas state trooper, it was for being over the weight limit on one axle. I called to check on the price and it was $902.! That is ridiculous! At that time I was told cdl holders have no way of getting it dismissed but maybe drop it lower or give me extra time to pay it. I called the office and a young lady Jenny took care of it. I ended up paying a little over $300. Overall i was extremely satisfied with their services.

Recent service June 2017. I wish i could give a 0 score. Horrible service. In all fairness never spoke or met with attorney ward. He was never available for questions nor answers However, that little so call assistant is the worse. I had to keep calling her for information about my case. Secondly she never sent the information to the courts or emailed/called with the results. Lied and said I am to pay 225.00 bucks total, (I have the receipts that she sent) call the courts to make payment and the price was 400 dollars plus. Then first payment was 200 bucks total. I had to pay 200 up front, plus on top of the attorney fees. Horrible horrible service. There are other better firm offices that will help the clients far better. I asked for a payment plan once the judge make a decision . No payment plan. ..County clerk stated that the attorney DID NOT REQUEST ONE...I even ask the attorney assistance to call the court and send a paper requesting to get it done, because there was time. However, to no avail. Basically I paid for this firm to represent me and I ended up paying more in fees and helping myself. Moral of this story Runnnnnnn farrrrrrrr away keep your damn money. If you are reading this attorney ward, you clearly need a new assistant ASAP. I'm still waiting on paperwork needing to be sent to the court. I guess thats what you get for #cheap labor.

I read the reviews I hired them in July 2017. I called for updates nothing. I received a notice from the courts to appear last week I called and she said she’ll get back with me more than once. Today I’m in court by myself. So far they only get 1 star from me. Only because I had too in order to comment.
