I highly recommend the Law Office of Erika N. Salter. The case manger I received was Claudia Lucio and Leslie Vera was our attorney for an immigration case. It took only 8 days excluding weekends to receive a call from our case manager notifying me about getting a court for a bond. I’d never hired a lawyer, I wasn’t familiar with this company at all. Not knowing much about the system and what I was getting myself into but I knew I had to get my dad out as soon as possible. Called many times asking questions, notifying the ladies who answer the phone about any news I received from my dad. The ladies who answered the phone were always very helpful and would actually transfer my call to our case manager if available. I’m very sure that I was annoying but I needed updates. I’m more than thankful to all those involved in our case especially our attorney, Leslie Vera and our case manager, Claudia Lucio. Thanks to all my dad is now back home with our family and we’re so so happy! We’ve recommended Law Office of Erika N. Salter to many many people. You all work so fast and it’s incredible! Currently have another appointment to hire a criminal attorney, I’m more than excited to see how it works out. I’ll be updating this post after working with the criminal attorney. I was disappointed after working with this office. My husband was banned for 10 years and not once did they mention this could happen. I am not blaming them I just blame the lack of information they provide. It was until the decision was made that I was told "oh yes he was going to be banned" We were charged $500 for a documentation of an incident that happened in 2001, which by the way did not provide enough information to help our case. It took me about a month and a half to get 174 pages of documents for FREE with detailed information that could have possibly kept him from being accused of fraud or trying to make a false representation of facts. My husband can't remember details of things that happened last year let alone 17 years prior to his interview. I wish I would have known it only took a click of a button to receive a full history of immigration documents. After his interview I found mistakes on is DS260 and when I called to ask about these mistakes I was only transferred to different people. My emails began to have no response and no calls were returned. We paid a lot of money and these simple mistakes should NOT have happened. I mean the obvious is they put that my husband was FEMALE. Other mistakes like birthdates were also made. Not once did they apologize for making mistakes on his DS260 just said they would be looking into it. I do not recommend this office and if you do choose to use them please check their work before they submit any documents to the immigration office. That was our biggest error, trusting that their part would be done 100% correct.

My mom and I set an appointment at 4 PM. We paid $39 for the consultation at arrival and they placed us in a room and WE HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE! Yes! We have been waiting for over an hour! What a shame!

I really don't recommend this place cuz my sister in law went for help with her husbands case and instead of helping she just took there money making promises that she just wouldn't keep. They actually did nothing in the case and they said that everything was their fault cuz they didn't provide what they needed. Was not true cuz everything she asked for they gave. So I really do not recommend this place at all.
