Charla is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. I was referred to her by a friend and have been happy since day one. She did advise me to not take legal action unless absolutely necessary and I took her advice and tried to resolve things before they ever got to the court room. I did exactly as she suggested and it worked out. While I would rather not ever have another legal battle I would gladly work with Charla and Joy again in a family law case.

Excellent attorneys and staff. These attorneys have the best interest of their client and the client's children at heart. They fight for what is right while abiding by the law. They educate their clients along the way so they are always aware of the direction their case is going. Yes, they are busy but don't let that dissuade you from hiring them. They get an excellent job done in a timely manner. We could not be happier with the end result that they obtained for our family. After trying another law firm the best thing we did was fire them and hire Charla Moore. Thank you for helping us and setting us up for a much brighter future.

Three things: unprofessional, biased, and just outright disrespectful. As a law professional (and in this case, representing a child), you should be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, tact, and should be mutual as well as honest. This was nothing like Mrs. Charla Moore. My husband and I were extremely disappointed, shocked, and upset. It will be in our prayers that God delivers her from her evil ways.. especially with a child's welfare at stake.
Charla started the prepaid mediation session an hour late and did not reimburse me the money or my time. Charla did not take any time to ask me questions or to inquire about my concerns or desired outcome from the mediation. Charla really likes talking about herself so much so that it is a major distraction from her doing her job; my lawyer had to redirect her several times. I would not recommend her ever.

When I walked in, my outlook was grim about the whole mediation thing. We were told to wait because we didnt know what to expect so we arrived a little bit earlier than most. We ended up waiting for an hour, and finally got inside. She introduced herself, and seemed very nice, but was a very busy individual. She took some time to get to know our side, and once she figured out what we wanted, she went to the other parents to discuss the resolution we had to offer. At this point the way things were going, I didn't think we were going to get anywhere. I was in the dark. She came back, and we had to shoot down the first proposal because the parent didn't agree with our offer. Now I'm thinking, nothing is going to go through meaning I would incurr additional costs to appear at a 2day jury trial that I didn't even have the money for. So shes goes back for the second time and spends what little time I have left. She walks down the hall, and I didnt realize what was happening until the small stack of papers hit the desk with signatures. It's was a proposal. I got what I wanted, and then some! She is very good at what she does, and I couldn't be any happier with the results. Thank you Charla!

Stay away from this attorney! She does absolutely nothing, YOU the client will do all the work while she sit back and charges you huge amounts of retainer fees! Receptionist is rude and short. And to top it of when you decide to change attorneys she claims that her computers had a virus and all the information was lost! That right there is a HUGE risk! Spend your money elsewhere and do your homework she unfortunately is not the only bad attorney in Arlington.
