This child support office they are on violation of the judge court order, they keep retaining my medical support when the court order stated I can stop my medical support at any time if I give evidence to the OAG and if I found a health medical insurance under my financial circumstances, I did that 80days ago and they awared they owed me money but they still giving me excuses to not rembuirse me the money. I am been dealing with that office since June 2018 and today is my (5)fifth time I showed to this office to demand my money back and the front desk receptionist was very rude at me, when I politely asked to speak with a director or manager of that office, I am tired to pay taxes and have such of inefficient government agencies in my country...

I wanted to call this place to update my employer's information. They kept either hanging up on me or never answered the phone and kept me on recording and press buttons just to get through so they can hang up on me. I would give zero for the customer service you experience here. I hate dealing with them.

Told us no court date but went on and did it anyway without us so we had to file a motion. Then to make matters worse, the child support payments are so high we will starve then we got a very high bill from the courthouse for a court hearing we didn't even get to go to. We just have to hope the attorney we have to hire can get it modified.

If I could rate lower I would always make things more difficult than it should be

This place sucks terribly. We had an appointment at 9am. Checked in at 8:40am. All we needed to do was modify our child's insurance. We finally got paperwork completed and signed at 12:10pm.
Stacey Roundtree was the person that helped us and we aren't sure if Stacey knew what her job was. There was constant interruptions from other employees about who is going to lunch at what time, who can approve what financial numbers, if street names are spelled properly. She asked us probably 30 times, how much insurance is every 2 weeks. Then she wanted to argue with us about if we wanted to do this or go to court.
We already knew what we wanted to do. They just wanted to have us sit there and waste time.
