The mediator began asking
questions that appeared to be helping the other side.. They were not neutral inquiries. It became alarmingly clear that the mediator began advocating the otherside’s positions.
It was scary when I noticed the mediators advocacy, from what should have been a  legitimate function of delivering bad news and reality testing.
She also exposed Confidentiality breaches to the  opposing counsel.
     After getting bullied into signing a new mediation agreement with the opposing counsel. She immediately coerced me to signing a disclaimer denying all of her malpractice actions.
    The previous mediator I dealt with had intregrity. I cant say the same about this one.
