Real disappointed went to see if they could help me renew my green card and they try to charge me almost 5k just to do that I ask them if they could give me information of the papers needed For the process they say I had to pay a down payment for them to give me information

Margaret and staff are so helpful. I have been with them since 2017 and now a year later I’m a permanent resident ! She gives you payment plans and always works with you no matter what ! So great

Horrible experience, the reason why it's so horrible is because of the people who work in the front, they are clueless to anything that they are doing, every time I have called nobody answers. There's also no way to contact the attorney. Don't waste your money here, it's sad because the front desk people are the ones ruining this business. Just ridiculous

Terrible service the people at the front desk gave my husband a different name and when we told them that was the wrong name they still didn't fix it so every time we called we had to go by someone else's name for them to be able to find his case. The front desk people are very unprofessional for the past week I have called different time throughout the day and they NEVER answer the phone and the voicemail is full so I couldn't leave a message I had to call the dallas office so they could reach them for me. Also the wedsite shows the office closes at 5 after calling 7 times in a row some lady calls me back and I let her know that I would be in around 4:30 - 4:45 to pickup some paper work and she said she would be leaving around 4:15- 4:30. I told her I would try to make it in before then and she asked me if I need to pay for those papers I told her I'm not sure and she told me we'll do I need to call someone to see if you need to pay I told her I didn't know so she said well what do you want me to do? Surely the attorney can't know that these people are running their business this way. Some people just don't care. I'm taking my case to another attorney because if they can't get a name right I sure don't want them fighting for our immigration status.

Well at first I was very hopeful, I had gotten past the whole she charges an arm and a leg thing, and decided to hire Margaret Donnelly. I was told one price for the whole process, however the contract would be divided in 2 (Application Process + Consular Process) I paid the first part and got the application process done and when it came time to do the second I was told by her associates that the price would go up and now I would have to pay 5000.00 more than what was originally told to me. I asked to speak with Margaret Donnelly and I was told she no longer handles the customers and I would not be able to speak with her! This made me very upset because she was the one who told me the first price to begin with. I felt it was very wrong on how she would not see me or talk to me. I was an existing customer and I felt that she should of honored what she said to begin with! It was already a lot in the first place! So if you want to get robbed on your money and hopes then hire HER Associates!!! I guess her name does come with a BIG PRICE TAG!!
