Be very careful when you hire him. Minus the fact that he is extremely rude and arrogant ... he took my money and literally made motions that did nothing for my case and then charged me for it. He didn’t even know if I wasn’t or was the petitioner. All he had to do was look at my documents. Furthermore he claims to have given me my case information yet it took me going to the court house and looking up my files to see that he made motions without my consent. It literally took several emails demanding my file to get anything. I’ve sent countless emails with no response. I have given him my information (like new email) and they kept sending things to my old email. I called the office countless times with a response “he is in court but I’ll have him call you back”. Guess how many times he actually calls back. Zero. He Has zero issues taking your money and handing you a hanky when you cry. But actually doing his job when it comes to family cases ... I would suggest looking around for a lawyer who actually will take the time to look at your case. He wasted not only me and my family’s time ..... but he wasted my money as well and wanted me to pay more. For what ... so he could continue to take my hard earned money and continue to delay my case by telling me I should wait a year. If you need a lawyer for family let me know and I can lead you to a better one. Thank you!

Sean Lynch is a horrible attorney. He does not acquire any facts about a case and does not represent his clients. He has no contract in place and steals peoples money for doing nothing.

Sean really helped me with my divorce. He is respectful and considerate of my feelings. He helped the divorce process go smoothly. It was not as difficult as i thought it would be. He is very affordable and works with you. Im glad i had him as my attorney.

Sean Lynch is a great attorney that I would not recommend to anyone EVER. He cares about his payments that are granted by helping his clients partially, only the minimum, only the necessary to charge the next bill. By sliding only a partial of the job he promises, he washes his hands by saying, and I quote; " I do not babysit" (by Sean Lynch) not caring what life is in stake or the consequences that follows. The attorney I had chosen said his name was Sean Lynch and he would help, I have assisted the case by a couple of other attorneys and the answer is always the same... He did not wanted to help you to the fullest, he could of have done many more to seek the child's well being. My respects to him.

On the other hand his staff was lovely, compassionate and undestading but they are not the ones that called the shots. Best regards to all and like I said he has been the worse experience I ever had.

I never got a chance to see how good they are. I had an appointment with them, arrived early. While in the process of filling out the paperwork, someone else came in. I waited 45 minutes, did not talked to anyone. I was treated as if I never had an appointment and never walked through the door. That's an unprofessional way to treat a potential client. Too bad they don't have half stars because one star is too much.

Having Sean work on my case was a wonderful experience. Dealing with certain situations can be a nightmare, but him and his staff really put me at ease, and made a difficult time much easier. At the end i feel i gained a friend.

He is a liar and a cheat. This man sabotaged my entire case and then lied about it. I paid him in full and up front and he did nothing but lie and never worked on my case. And then when I questioned him about my case he had the gross audacity to be rude and disrespectful and talk to me like a second class human being. I hired him on March 8, 2017 to do a modification, he did absolutly nothing on the case until late April, 2017 and that was after I caught him in a lie about him actually filing the modification.

He just now on August 23, 2017 went to pretrial hearing and a final trial is set for October. He lied and told me my case was scheduled for mediation and when I looked at the court documents it was never scheduled for mediation. Because he had lied and did nothing for so long I had to take him off of my case for child support because he did absolutly nothing from the time I hired him until now.....nothing.

This guy talked bad about me to the opposing party. When I asked for my case file he told me that I had to sign a form to get my case file and the rest of my retaining fee was non refundable.

DO NOT HIRE SEAN LYNCH!!! This man is a liar and a crook. I just filed a complaint with the Texas Bar.

Worst lawyer ever....I don't want any of my family/friends or anyone period to be treated like we have been treated...He will lie to you, not do work on your case, does not communicate with you, will not answer questions that you ask and draws it out for months and then once he knows that he is in over his head he will withdraw from your case saying there is a communication problem - he is very arrogant, rude and thinks he is above everyone else @lawofficeofseanmlynch

I hired this guy based off a referral to start a lawsuit for me. He took my retainer and barely kept contact with me. I understand lawsuits take a while so I was patient. After almost a year and a half I finally told him how unhappy I was with his service. He returned my retainer and told me he would continue with my case anyway. It's been about two years now and not a word from him.
