Virginia Carter is a great lawyer. I was in really bad shape until I went to see her. She said she was going to help me and did exactly that. But it was more than help, she cured all of my problems. Would not recommend. Used her for a class B misdemeanor offense for which I was absolutely NOT guilty of. Ended up taking a deferred adjudication plea deal, because I was told that if I went to trial that i might not turn out in my favor, and that in 2 years I could have the offense expunged from my records. Well not only is my particular offense not eligible for expungement, but I'm also out of $3,500 in legal fees and court cost. And since then I've been told by numerous attorneys that even an inexperienced lawyer could have gotten my case easily dismissed. This was my first time ever needing any type of legal counseling, and I used Virginia because a friend referred me to her. In hindsight, instead of panicking I should have taken my time and did my own legal counsel research. In my opinion she is DEFINITELY NOT the attorney to turn to for misdemeanor infractions. Seek representation elsewhere.

She was out the day I had court. She sent a Bonnie Wolf. Talk about unprofessional. She had the audacity to forget my paper work. I had proof of insurance which I provided the day I showed up to sign paperwork and make payment. My Insurance ticket couldn't get dismissed because the dummy didn't bring the copies I gave them! She apologized but what she should've done is pay the damn fine!
