He advised me of its possible implications and took the necessary steps on my behalf to address it, successfully “nipping it in the bud.” He prevented a problem from becoming a bigger problem and, now, it’s no problem! I highly recommend Jayson Nag and would encourage anyone with a potential issue to address it early by contacting his office. I’m glad I did.

Years ago I went to Jayson to help me with a trafick ticket. He took care of it and we have become good friends over time. I've sent many of my own friends and family to his firm. He has helped one of my nieces with a divorce, and is helping me with a custody case now.

He and his team have also helped many of my IT clients with business related legal matters. Referring paying clients to another professional is no small thing. It can affect your business relationships. I wouldn't let a friend put my income on the line without absolute faith in their ability to get things done. I'm happy to pass his name on again next time.

Mr. Nag was appointed by the court to handle a criminal case for me in 2018. I was in jail during this whole process. Mr.Nag missed two of my court dates without communicating to me that he was not going to be there. When he did make a court date I kept telling him I need him to come visit me so we can go over my case. Two different times he told me he would come see me. Both times he was a no show. The next time when I did see him in court I told him I wanted to be appointed another attorney. He told me that it was to late in the process and that the judge would not approve it. But he assured me that this time he would come see me. Which he did this time. on my last court date he came to me with a plea agreement. I told him that if I accept it would I be able to get my firearm back from the police department. He told me he would get it and I could pick it up from his office. this was December 2018. Almost every week since I have called his office and the receptionist keeps telling me she has sent Mr. Nag a message and has not heard back from him. I'm not sure of the exact month but around the early part of June I called his office about my firearm and got the same story. I also told them I needed a copy of my case files for a civil trial that I was filing. Of course this went the same way. I kept calling and got the same story. We have not heard anything from Mr. Nag. finally by chance I ran into Mr. Nag at the court house. I told him how I have been trying to get my case files and my firearm. He told me he had not picked up my fire arm yet but he would have hid office get the files together. when the files were finally available to pick up. I went to his office to get them. the receptionist had a document that I had to sign before she would give me the files. The document stated that do to the nature of my case that the firearm could not be released to me that it had to be released to Mr. Nag. When I questioned the receptionist about it she said she was sure it just meant that he was the one that had to pick it up and then he would release it to me. I'm starting to think Mr. Nag just screwed me out of my gun and kept it for himself. It has been seven months now and I cant get any answers. Thanks for reading my post. And if you choose to use him, I hope you have a better experience than I have.

He stole $5000 from me. Hired him as a divorce attorney for a simple non-contested. His communication skills as a law firm are horrible. In 3 months I spoke with him or his attorneys twice. Once when I hired them, second time to let them know I was done. The only thing he did in my divorce was file and serve my wife. I've tried several attempts for an itemize list of every thing he spent on the case and a refund. Never heard anything back. Please beware. Is secretary is rude as well. Please please please stay clear. I will be filing a suit against him in attempt to get something back.

Paid 5k to him, I informed his office my children were in an abusive home, being mentally and emotionally abused, I asked if I should call cps his office told me not to, he told me he would take payments, he told me he would get us out of a toxic visitation for our children, he stated we would not need to pay child support but if we did, it would be for a short time, all which were untrue, he never communicated with us, only his paralegal did, he stirred so much up with the foster family and then wanted to withdraw himself leaving us in a way worse situation than we started with, out of the 2 years I had him as my lawyer I only saw him maybe 4 times, he stated we would have court within 6 months 1 and a half years go by and he never set a court date even when we mentioned abuse to our children, he still did not set a date, opposing counsel set all of the court dates, he promised a lot of things and didn't do a single thing he promised, besides leaving us with no other choice but to sign our children away! Do not go with jayson nag, he is only after money!

Update:I never paid you? Invoices were never updated, my account was closed and then 2 weeks before you wanted to withdraw you sent me a 3k invoice, and wanted 9k within 4 days with no notice what so ever, let me also put in this review that jayson also got us a contempt of court charge, following his advice. Also I never received an updated invoice as to what I owe you for what little service your office provided.

I was represented by Jayson Nag in a case. His approach is very professional and to the point. No wasted time not sugar coating anything. Had full knowledge of what was going on before he even met me in person. Highly recommended.

Very unprofessional. We received a demand letter from Jayson Nag. We tried to contact him to discuss but he won't return our phone calls. He finally texted and said he wouldn't talk to us unless we offered to pay his client money, used profanity and threatened to turn me into the sheriff's office. His client actually owes us money but he has chosen to ignore this relevant fact. The only winner in this scenario is Jayson Nag and we are fearful he is not looking after his client's best interest.

UPDATE FROM JULY 1, 2017 - The demand letter was baseless and continues to be. I'm certain Jayson Nag made some money from this but his client didn't. When you read Jayson's response below understand that 1) nothing is pending and 2) his client paid Jayson in exchange for receiving nothing.

Jayson, how did any of this serve your client's best interest?

The service is rude and dismissive and seemed really unorganized. I thought he could help because he's young, but he ended up seeming inexperienced. I'd suggest not using this law office if you want to win your case, it's a three member office and slow acting.

Steven Ditommaso recently represented my children with the same professionalism this law firm has always given me. I have always been well represented by Jayson Nag and his legal team! We have used this legal team for Wills, criminal background questions, custody modifications and hopefully an adoption. I am overjoyed to have Steven handling my current case!

Short version: If you want a firm that will champion your rights and interests, look elsewhere.

Here was my experience....

Pros:
- His rates are fair.
- He and his office keep a high standard of ethics; he didn't drag the case into the mud with allegations and frivolous motions, or hide information to frustrate opposing counsel. I can't say the same of the opposing counsel in my case, and I appreciated Mr. Nag's ethical approach.
- His personal knowledge of the judges and opposing counsel proved very valuable.
- His associate, Steven Ditomasso, took a personal interest in my case and was willing to go the extra mile to fight for my rights and interests.

Cons:
- I can't speak well of Mr. Nag's overall competence. There were many moments during my case that I felt could have been handled better for a much better outcome. I won't go into specifics for fear of reprisal.
- Mr. Nag is a ghost. I first met him at the initial hearing where he arrived over an hour late. Then he never spoke to me again. As a client, I did not feel valued or represented by Mr. Nag's conspicuous absence.
- He and his office are not interested in your story. I was never asked about what happened surrounding my case. I was never asked about my situation or what outcome I sought. I imposed on his associate's time to try to tell what I know, but didn't get very far before he had other obligations. Several times I believed an outcome would have been much better if he'd been willing to take my information.
- If you want to know what's going on with your case, you will be continually frustrated. I can't count the number of times my emails and voicemails went ignored. When I could get someone on the phone to request updates, to ask what's being filed on my behalf or against me or what any of it means for my case, I'd be told that they'd ask Jayson and get back to me. Then, you guessed it, they'd never call back. My favorite was being told I could expect a call from Jayson later that day. Never happened. I spoke to them many times about improving communication, but they ignored me.
- If you want to know how your money is being spent or how much is left, forget it; the only invoice I got was the final one, though I asked for a bill summary several times.
- Whatever money you give them is gone. For me, they conjured a pretext to avoid returning my overpayment. $750 of my payments were not used for legal services. They chalked it up as a non-refundable retainer as $750 for absolutely nothing. When I disputed the fee-for-nothing, they threatened to add hours to the bill to cover it. Above all else, this showed me that Mr. Nag is deeply unprofessional. Despite other concerns I had, I expected better when it came to fair treatment of his client.

After compounding issues broke my trust in Mr. Nag, I found another law firm that proved more competent, committed and communicative (and less expensive). For family law, you have better options than The Law Offices of Jayson Nag.

My daughter and I have really enjoyed working with this team of professionals. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Horrible experience with this lawyer. I highly recommend anyone needing a custody/child support attorney do not choose Jayson Nag. I paid full amount for all services. We went to court then the judge ordered mediation. Our mediation was August 2nd. I still have not received any child support from my son's dad.I have called and sent numerous emails to Jayson. Jayson did not complete child support order correctly and failed to order back child support. He rufuses to call me back. When I send an email to him, he either never responds or he gets his paralegal to send an email back. This lawyer has caused terrible financial burden and stress.
